I'd suggest PM'ing a mod. There is no appeals thread as far as I can tell.
IIRC at that time, they had all incarnations of deo moved to uber(not sure if they did seperate suspect tests like they did with skymn). also, in this gen, with team viewer, evoliote, and dark type mves and steel types everywhere, Deo-D ain't a big deal...last gen, thogh, this wasn't all around, so he was probably a very nasty wall in the early years.
Go to pokemon-gl.com. Set up an account with your pokemon Black or White. Send it using the "Online" function in C-Gear IIRC. Go to your account and go to DW.
Aw, the website said something about the pokemon being chosen to be tucked in has to be asleep so I was a little thrown off.

Does anybody know when the wifi events are goin to take place in America games
There will be a Victini event from December 3rd- December 31st. The Victini will be given out at screenings of the new movie or Wifi (Serebii doesn't clarify about that past). It will have V-Create/ Fusion Flare/ Fusion Bolt/ Searing Shot and hold a Fire Gem. There are currently no other announced events for North America.
Do you just get victini agian?

If I use Leech Seed on a pokemon with Magic Guard, will my pokemon still gain health through Leech Seed even though it doesn't damage the opponent? I couldn't find info on this on the Leech Seed or Magic Guard pages (both BW and DPPt).

Only the newest model has a camera.
Leech Seed is ignored on a Pokemon with Magic Guard until the ability is nullified through usage of Gastro Acid/Skill Swap/whatever else that removes MG from the Pokemon.
Hence, nothing will happen.
I've used Sigilyph enough on Random Matchup to be able to answer this. If Leech Seed does no damage, Leech Seed heals no HP. So no, the Pokémon won't still gain HP.
