Introduction
Hello and Welcome to my RMT, this team was named The Perfect Balance because it truly in my eyes is a team that is focused on covering each others weaknesses, synergy with the perfect amount of offense and defense tied in. This team has had several versions of it and has had many changes to it and I am currently looking for more changes to be made. The reason is this team was mainly dominating when Excadrill and Thundurus ran rampant so this team was made to handle them. I see many teams today focusing on a single pokemon getting a sweep or using dragons, when I made this team I wanted a team that worked well together, alone, and had defense and offensive cores where each pokemon contributes to the victory and no one has to heavy of a job.
I picked team members one by one and have done my best to make sure no one pokemon can dominate or leave my team at a disadvantage. When making a suggestion you need to tell me which pokemon to replace, this team is unable to just let a member go for the average suggestion, however if you can give me a good suggestion I will be absolutely sure to read it and give you feedback.
This teams goal is essentially to counter and hit the opponent hard where it hurts, this team also manages to open cracks in the opponents walls that can leave to serious damage being done by my physical sweepers. Causing switches and outpredicing the opponent is where this team shines, being a destructive force that no single sweeper can defeat easily.
Team member jobs and benefits
A brief explanation of the things each team member brings to the table, keep scrolling down past this if you choose, the more detailed explanation of each team member and how they work together, movesets, spreads and everything you want to know is down.
Tyranitar is my lead of choice and he is a very valuable member, allowing my team to deal with special attackers, set up rocks, sandstorm and take the attacks no one else enjoys taking. The ability to have my opponent not have there weather of choice up and boost his and terrakions special defense is much appreciated. Rotom-W is the only pokemon on my team who takes sandstorm damage and has leftovers and pain split to solve that problem. Tyranitar often takes the status moves no one wants to take and is tasked with the job of pursuit trapping latias/latios as well as ghost types. His wide movepool leaves many people not knowing what to expect, and is one of the best things about Tyranitar.
I chose Rotom-W as one of the specially defensive walls on my team who is very versatile and a crucial member of the team . Rotom-W is tasked with being the only pokemon on my team resisting watrer which is essential to it's success. Rotom-W is very specially defensive with the set I use which can take hits very well., but it doesn't stop there, Rotom-W can cripple physical attackers with Will-O-Wisp and put damage on with its dual STAB's. Rotom-W currently is one of the most valuable members of my team and I am not considering a scarf set, scarf terrakion has worked 10x better for this team and Rotom-W is doing his job very well.
Gliscor was the next addition to the team, I knew that tyranitar has a glaring fighting weakness and no other team members resisted or enjoyed taking fighting type moves. Gliscor is tasked with the job of taking on strong physical attackers and breaking stall. The gliscor set I use gives me maximum bulk, the ability to beat Conkeldurr 1v1 and be the most effecient wall he can be. Taunt is a move very welcome to my team because as stated my team does not have any pokemon who set up, this helps greatly against stall. Gliscor being the only fighting resist on the team is very helpful as he takes fighting moves excellently, his electric resistance is somewhat not as useful as it could be because few pokemon let him switch in and use it.
Heatran the next member on the team. I had not used heatran in any other game or even considered him but now that I have he is truly an amazing partner to the entire team and an offensive powerhouse. Many people question why I use life orb on heatran and it is because heatran is usually sent in on pokemon who will be able to do anything to it such as ferrothorn, chandelure, volcarona and other assorted pokemon. Heatran causes many switches and with a little or no prediction a fire blast off modest life orb hurts anything that switches into it heavily. Toxic another weird move for an offensive heatran is used over anything else and is one my favorite moves to put on a heatran for several reasons. Bulky waters love switching into heatran, getting a toxic on a Rotom-W can win me the game. The same goes for porygon2 who is often seen using bolt beam and may try to copy a flash fire boost. 4x bug resistance, 4x Ice resistance and a fire immunity helps the team in more ways than imaginable.
I needed a revenge killer, and Terrakion was the man for the job. Many other pokemon have been in this slot and none have done it better, killing any threats who are looking to set up or revenge kill weakened pokemon. Once my opponents physical walls are weakened or dead, terrakion becomes a deadly force, and unless your opponent has something that can resist it's deadly double stab they will probably faint or take massive damage. The choice scarf set was the set for me, required no set up and let me inflict a large amount of damage very fast. Terrakion has been a very solid member of the team with all around usefulness.
The classic scizor set, good old choice band. This set is effective and adds a much needed offensive presence to the team. Scizor's immunity to grass type attacks and abaility to check and counter threats such as reuniclus and kill off weakened pokemon has been amazing to the team. The team makes scizor a deadly member where going for a fire type attack is not as simple as it seems, as 4/6 of the members on my team resist or take no damage from anything fire typed. Scizor's priority saves me in a decent amount of games where you get out played or are in need of some priority. All in all scizor is really the only pokemon I can ever see filling this spot, his choice band set has worked really great and gains much offensive momentum for the team

Tyranitar, almost always the lead for my team. Tyranitar's goal in the match is to hit things very hard and also have the durability to set up sandstorm when needed throughout the match. Tyranitar is also very effective at pursuit trapping psychic and ghost types. Tyranitar was until now a choice banded set aimed at inflicting a ton of damage while being a special wall at the same time. Tyranitar has changed his role into a mixed set with chople berry to help against the likes of Reuniclus,Gengar and really any pokemon looking to 1HKO him with a focus blast. Chople Berry can also help late game against physical attacks if I am in a bad situation. Ice beam is to hit gliscor for a 1HKO and also to help deal with dragons, Fire Blast is used to Put the hurt on Ferrothorn or scizor hoping to get a switch into Tyranitar. Pursuit is to trap any psychic pokemon and make tyranitar my main guy for dealing with the Lati twins while Stealth rocks is there so no one on my team has to sacrafice a move slot for them.
Tyranitar is looking for a new item, chople berry was being used before because Thundurus was a threat to the team, it is currently being used to help take focus blasts from all sorts of pokemon

Terrakion is the revenge killer for my team and he fits in very nicely to say the least. Terrakion has the ability to hit very hard using his dual stabs and also reach a very high speed using a choice scarf. X-Scissor and earthquake are both coverage moves that are used in certain situations but for the most part his dual STAB's can get the job done. His fighting STAB is very useful when dealing with threats that are weak to it, stone edge is used only when it is needed because of the shaky accuracy. Terrakion also gains +50% SpD in the sand which I believe is an often overlooked attribute he has, while his typing may not give him many chances to abuse it, he may live a super effective hit that he wouldn't before. Terrakion can really tear apart un-prepared teams because he is an often under rated threat when building a team. He has 6 weaknesses in total, these are covered by my team, his resistance to fire is also welcome to the team as well as his ability. Terrkaion has been very good to this team, revenge killing many threats with his hard hitting moves and catching many people off guard, not considering changing much on this guy.

Heatran is a very crucial member of my team. I could find few pokemon with what heatran could bring to the table. Heatran makes an excellent partner for all the members of the team thanks to his x4 resistance to ice, grass and immunity to fire. I use life orb on heatran as it gets a real boost in power. I am not considering using balloon on heatran because in the match I want to switch heatran into attacks that it resist without popping it's balloon, wasting an entire item. I chose hidden power ice because it has the ability to hit many dragons in OU harder than dragon pulse can as well as ground pokemon. Heatran is really my go to guy in times of trouble, he does really good against sun teams as well as being an excellent counter to chandelure who are not carrying hp ground. Heatran really helps the team with his synergy, his weaknesses are even covered by the other members so his life on the team is that much easier. Toxic is used to hit incoming bulky waters who always love to switch into heatran, and water types hate being poisoned so it helps my team a lot. Currently heatran is a crucial member to the team while being devastatingly powerful and unpredictable, he is currently countering threats such as ferrothorn, volcarona, scizor and many other pokemon who can not manage to hit him for neutral or even just hit him for neutral.

Rotom-W's natural bulk is really taken advantage of with this set while managing to still inflict some good damage. Will-O-Wisp is used over HP Fire or ice to cripple certain pokemon because Heatran is usually in charge of countering those types of pokemon. Pain Split is the only recovery move Rotom-W has besides leftovers. Rotom-W has only one weakness, grass which my team really does not have a problem handling. Rotom-W has added a great versatility to the team and more offensive presence. His main goal on the team is to sponge the Ice and Water attacks that the other members of the team don't like and pain split the damage off so he can do it again. The EV spread is kind of weird on this set but it seems to be working for what it is supposed to do. Rotom-W also has the job of countering certain threats that some teams are not prepared for. Rotom-W has the task of dealing with Slowbro, Mamoswine and Cloyster who otherwise are a huge problem for the team. Rotom-W depending on the opponents team really does nothing or everything, he is currently my only water resist, oddly enough this has not been a major problem yet. Why is Rotom-W the team's mom, well Rotom takes the moves no one else wants to take and then after the battle, does the laundry

Gliscor is my primary physical wall for this team and is a counter to a couple pokemon who can destroy this team. Gliscor counters Conkeldurr who can wreak havoc on this team. Gliscor also has the job of killing certain variants of scizor, if they do not carry a fighting move heatran is the perfect counter, if they do gliscor is doing the job. Gliscor is named the counter because sometimes half the game is him countering the opponents pokemon. Taunt is now used over protect to stop entry hazards from being set up on my field and help against physical pokemon looking to set up on gliscor. The EV spread is for max physical bulk, it allows Gliscor to make hits better than most gliscor while still having enough speed to outrun certain things for my team, Specs politoed and Adamant Breloom. With the banning of excadrill, gliscor has lost some of the potential it had for this team, he however does offer a lot of thing to the team with his immunities to fighting and electricity he counters what he is supposed to counter very well, if a member was going to be replaced it would probably be old gliscor, I am however not looking for another steel pokemon.

Scizor is new to the team and he has taken the spot of Ferrothorn for several reasons. Scizor adds a more offensive presence to the team and has an ice resist that is appreciated by the team. Scizor hits harder and faster than ferrothorn ever did and makes deal with threats such as Reuniclus and Gengar, that much easier. The team already as 4 pokemon who resist fire making scizor an even harder pokemon to play against, the only negative thing scizor has done to the team is make politoed harder to play against, which is why the Rotom-W EV spread has been changed around to help the team with Politoed. Overall I am really impressed with how scizor's resists and revenge killing ability has fit on the team and he has not let me down. The EV spread is for maximum damage and also some survivability, Scizor can also be very helpful against rain teams as they often do not carry fire moves. Possibly considering a swords dance set, but it has more sweeping power instead of immediate power and that is what the team really appreciates right now. Scizor takes out threats who manage to set up such as terrakion and pokemon who are weakened, he can always switch in on toxics and benefits the team immensely by getting switch advantage. Scizor however does not resist water like ferrothorn which puts more stress on Rotom-W.

Rotom-W- Rotom-W while not being a "huge" threat to my team is fairly annoying because no one has a grass type move or resists electric, often a combination of Rotom-W and Terrakion take him out, have not lost a game due to someone using a Rotom-W though.
