Claims such as "User X is defending a scumbuddy" can be tagged to any player unless backed up with some serious elaboration. All he's been doing is showcasing an example of my prodding of a player, in which nothing special happens. He could have, therefore, tagged this accusation along with anyone he wants to call scummy. Claims such as "User X is shifting away attention from himself" need elaboration as well, and, again, I believe that you could accuse pretty much every player itg with such an accusation.

Somehow, User X, in this case myself, is scum for accusations that could apply to any User X he chooses.

The fact that he chose to accuse only some users of this accusation and not others is indicative of selective scumhunting. Selective scumhunting is scummy.
 
Blue Tornado who is that post referring to? also, just wanted to note I deleted a post of mine, but it was just a copy of my previous post before this one, somehow got submitted twice.

Hold it right there. I never admitted my reads were faulty, merely accepted the possibility.

Also, you claiming I'm scummy with little more justification beyond two posts seems suspicious. So what if I want to get my initial thoughts out? I think the finger of blame is being pointed a bit too quickly.

EDIT: Okay, so I'm jumpy. Seemed pretty damn much like you were pointing at me. Sorry.

Everyone's reads are subjective, unless that person has some other data or information that the general populace is unaware of. So, are you saying your reads are not subjective?

You really want to know the real reason why I "picked" you out for deflecting? You were the person that I noticed doing it while I read through the thread. Now, this could be because I focused on your posts more than others because of your conflict with Ditto, so I will give you that. I still think you're scummy though.

So, could my reads be off? Yeah, considering how much I've had to catch up on since subbing-in, and how much stuff I probably missed while reading through. But, then again, nobody's perfect. I'm sorry that my hounding has you all shook up.

EDIT: Keeping in mind that I still find Leethoof's play suspicious, even with the evidence that billymills wanted me to know.
 
You're subjective when you pick User A over User B over no reason whatsoever. When users make cases, they consider which users are worse than others according to how they've played. When you pick User A over User B without proving a distinction between their play, it is the former, not the latter.

If "shook up" is how you interpret my pointing out at how scummy your reads are, then sure, I'm shook up.

I had all the reasons to treat those reads as if you've finished your reading due to the conviction behind your accusations. "He is scum" is pretty decisive for someone who's not finalized their reads yet.

I'll reply to stuff that pops up when I get back tomorrow.

My real issue is that you aren't putting your money where your mouth is, and while I don't like Ullar's decision to bleat, general consensus with him is that he may be lacking a few brain cells. For you, I just find it as if you don't want to get your hands dirty.
 
jumpluff, you asked me why I've been less than active. First, I joined because I like NOC Mafia, that's a bit obvious of course. I've been inactive because http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AP_Chemistry, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Placement_United_States_History.

I've been keeping up with the thread as of now, though. I've tried to get in a few more posts and I've posted my suspicions (they haven't changed much since my last post) about what's going on. I might read some past posts to get a better opinion on billymills' alleged role/item fishing and his somewhat...odd vote of me (he's a mafia vet and jumped on me for continuing pressure on SCall...), so he's probably my prime suspect at the moment.

I know that doesn't make up for my...less than anticipated activity, but it's the truth and take it as you will.

Oh, billymills, I would like to know in your upcoming mega-post why you immediately voted for me when i continued pressure on SCall.
 
hey since I heard that a certain BILLYMILLS was looking for my comments, might as well give them.

I don't really care about users who are inactive/are dumb, since thats a factor that would remain consistent regardless of alliance.

The people who I AM worried about are people who I know are smart and usually active, but aren't right now. That was the main reason I went after Quags in the first place, but the last minute power role claim is just so mindbogglingly suspicious that I feel like he's our best option for the lynch.

That being said, I'd like Empoof to post his opinions instead of just prodding others :D
 
Hm. Upon further consideration (and due to lack of support) we can probably afford to let Quag survive the day, since if he is town we can force the mafia to waste their kill or hook(?) on him and if he's not um... eventually the real cop will step up and say something (or turn up dead).

Brammi
Crux
MK Ultra
Cereza

Cereza is too busy being damp, but the first 3 I am QUITE concerned about. If you feel like you have strongly insinuated suspicion on someone and I missed your accusation, please, link me.
Brammi's sudden silence is mystifying considering how much he loves NOC and few power roles. I think he's made one post today. MK has made a couple posts, but zero useful ones. Crux has two posts tops for D2. This is kind of ridiculous.
Cereza continues to be suspicious through her inactivity, a sharp contrast to Sam's hyperactive overactivity, imo.

I will post a comprehensive list of my strongest suspicions, buddying charges, etc. tonight. Have somewhere to go.

IN THE MEANTIME, EVERYONE PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR THOUGHTS/ANALYSIS ON ME IN YOUR NEXT POST. I would like this info to go off of when I post my final deductions from reviewing this day, which has had a lot of gaps in relevant information.

Prime lynch target as it provides us good some good information on multiple users. Not sure what his role is that he hinted at earlier, but I feel safe that he isn't some sort of inspector or other power-role (hopefully he wasn't that stupid to draw that much attention to himself).

Scum-lean as he is trying to stay out of the spot-light as much as possible, kinda wishy-washy, can't make up his mind on how he feels about certain players.

Edit: Didn't see your post Yeti. As I said earlier, you've been one of the harder players for me to get a read on. It seems like your focus jumps to a different player from post to post, which isn't really a bad thing (trying to get others to speak up), but definitely makes it hard to get a read on you. It also makes it seem like you are anti-confrontational, which is a bad thing in mafia (what are you hiding?). Slight village lean on you for now.
