Lilligant and Friends!
I made this team about a week ago and it has been working pretty well also i'm open to all suggestions but there are two conditions. 1. This team is called Lilligant and friends for a reason so she will not be replaced but her moveset may be edited. 2. This is obviously a sun team so Ninetales must stay as well. Well without any more rambling let's get to it!

Layla (Lilligant) @ Life Orb
Ability Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA 252 Spe 4 HP
Nature: Modest
Quiver Dance
Sleep Powder
Giga Drain
Hidden Power Rock
I really like Lilligant, most of then time it is either her or Volcorona sweeping, occasionally Shiftry, but that is not the point at the moment. When Lilligant is sent out most of the time sun is already up so she can out speed most Pokes. The first thing that comes is Sleep Powder and then a Quiver Dance or two and then the sweep begins. This set does get walled by Ferrothorn though and I have been considering the HP fire instead of the HP rock. The reason HP rock is there is mainly for Volcarona and other fire types that try to get the jump on me. Giga drain is required for staying alive. It is also my main and only STAB move. Sleep Powder makes setting up so much easier. Quiver Dance can get get my stats up on Pokes that dare to stay in.

Vavrin (Volcarona) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 240 HP 216 Def 52 Spe
Nature: Bold

Quiver Dance
Fiery Dance
Bug Buzz
Morning Sun
I have tried multiple Volcarona sets, and this one by far is my favorite. Because of my bulk I can easily set up on something that does not expect it even a standard Bulk Up Conkeldder set. Quiver dance is necessary to push the offensive and it can be surprisingly easy to set up on things. Fiery Dance is my primary STAB move, not only can it raise my SpA, but in the sun it's power is increased making everything that does not resist it in a world of pain. Bug Buzz is normally my secondary attack, it is used when something resist Fiery Dance or when bug can be super effective, like on a Reiunicles or something of the sort. And finnaly Morning Sun is used to heal, In the sun Morning Sun heals 75% of my total HP but without sun it's 50% and in any other weather condition it heals only 25%. Although this set is walled by Jellicent and Tentecrull who are both relitivly common and they resist both of my STAB moves.

Nadia (Ninetails) @ Leftovers
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP 116 SpD 140 Spe
Nature: Calm
Will-O-Wisp
Flamethrower
Hidden Power Fighting
Protect
[Bold means something has been change] Ninetails got the perfect ability for Gen V in Drought. Sadley that is almost the only reason why it's on this team but she does have a few tricks up her sleeve. Her sole purpose is to stay alive, her secondary purpose is to burn as many Pokes as she can. That brings up Will-O-Wisp. Since I invested all her EVs into HP and SpD the burn makes her last longer on those physical Pokes. It is also a really good tool for residual damage and sometimes people forget how much a burn can really do. Flamethrower is there for a main stab attack it also checks Scizor, Ferrothorn, and Forretress. Hidden Power Fighting is the for T-Tars but only if I can land a burn first. Although most T-Tars I face don't have earthquake or stone edge it is still a fear that must be dealt with accordingly. And protect is useful in situations were I know they would switch or if they can't do much to me in the first place. If I can get a sub up most of the time that almost always gets a burn on something that might be able to threaten me while I am safe behind the sub.I changed up my EV investment so I can out speed and possibly kill Toxicroaks.

Salvador (Shiftry) @ Life Orb
Ability Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Att 252 Spe 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
Swords Dance
Nature Power
Seed Bomb
Sucker Punch
Ahh Shiftry, my second favorite Pokemon. Shiftry does the same job Lilligant does but Shiftry goes Physical on everything. Swords Dance is used for setting up on Pokes that can't threaten me or something that is locked on a Psychic move and general setting up a sweep. Most of the time when Shiftry is in the sun is up allowing him to out speed and demolish things that stay in. Nature Power is a very strange move. In WiFi Battles it is automatically Earthquake so it gives Shiftry a move that he can't get otherwise, it's also good for type coverage. Seed Bomb is a very strong attack and lets me wreak Bulky Water types after a swords dance. The only thing that confuses me with this move, is that it is one of the few moves with no secondary effects. Well whatever that's not a big deal after a Swords Dance not many Pokes can live it anyway. Sucker Punch allows me to hit with a STAB priority attack on something that tries to revenge kill me. It is also a very helpful attack in general because it can hit those pesky ghosts.

Vance (Victini) @ Choice Scarf
Ability Victory Star
EVs: 252 Att 252 Spe 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
V-Create
Fusion Bolt
U-Turn
Brick Break
Victiny is a good Poke despite him being in the UU tier my other teams always had a problem with him and Victini Holds One of the if not the most powerful attack in the game in the form of V-Create. V-Create is one of the best moves in the game despite the loss in Spe and SpD and Def drops. It Wreaks everything in it's path and when I get the chance as said by The Flaming Spade "V-Create Everything" Nothing want's to take a STAB sun boosted V-Create. Fusion Bolt is a very good move to have, it can take on water types and other things that resist V-Create and it also gives extra move diversity. I don't really use this on bulky waters because well if they can take the hit they can take me out with a Scald or Surf. U-Turn is there mainly for scouting if they have something that could threaten me such as Hiddon Power or Earthquake. I don't use it that much because V-Create can take down or severely harm most Pokes. And Brick Break is there for Heatrans because that is my biggest problem.

Damion (Donphan) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP 252 Def 4 Att
Nature: Impish
Rapid Spid
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Ice Shard
And finally Donphan. Although he looks really out of place on this team he is one of the most important. One of the first things you might have saw is that half of my team is weak to stealth rock. When picking my Rapid Spinner I was choosing between the Pokes Starmie, Hitmontop, and Doinphan. I decided to go with Donphan because it is the most defensive of the three and Starmies water attacks would have been weakened in the sun. Hitmontop just did not have the bulk but does resist Stealth Rocks. Stealth Rocks is there to punish Pokes that come in and out frequently. Earthquake is good for attacking a Poke if i'm going to just stay in or if I have the advantage. Ice Shard is there to revenge kill and to get those Dragons that decide to sneak in.

Just some general threats. The biggest problem to my team is Paralysis. The strategy I used when making this team is to out speed everything and when someone is paralyzed it pretty much kills them.

So that's my team and stuff. Please give feedback because that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, nice team, and good to see someone using Liligant - it really deserves more usage! I don't see any major problems with this team, which is very good. However, I do have a few minor suggestions. On Ninetales, while Sub helps you fight T-tars and burn them more easily, it also cuts away 25% of your HP each time, shortening your longevity, as this team will suffer quite a bit without sun. You could probably give Ninetales a more physically defensive spread with Protect to help you stall T-tars who are burned.

Ninetales @ Leftovers
Trait: Dought
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 36 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Lava Plume
- Protect
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Will-O-Wisp

212 HP / 252 Def maximize bulk; 36 Spe allows you to outspeed base 70's like Breloom and Cloyster.

Yes Mr. Black Rain that seems really good! This is my first RMT so I have to learn how to edit it. But I think i'm going to keep my defensive spread because I can go into Donphan to take the psychical blows. And Lava Plume seems good because the burn rate!

I recommend you to use sunny day tales. It beats weather easier and if you have hazards, it will wreck.

Ninetales (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Drought
EVs: 128 HP / 252 SAtk / 20 SDef / 108 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Sunny Day
- SolarBeam
- Fire Blast
- Roar

Is what i personally use, but WoW/protect can be used over roar if you want. This set works because HP Fighting is useless against Ttar anyways because most sets these days are Sassy, and under sand, you will do jack squat to it. Instead, you can predict the switch in of either Toad or Ttar, and threaten with a high powered Solar Beam. Or you can roar them away on the switch, and then sunny day the second time for more hazard damage.

AznSeal I can see your logic in that and I know that Hidden Power fighting is a 3-4 shot KO on T-Tar in sand but I like my set at the moment.

That's fine. I just feel that trying to fight Ttar is pointless because you want to maintain weather, so WoWing or Sunny Daying the switch in will benefit your team more.

GL with your team :)

I use a sun Lilligant team as well

Interesting but pretty effective looking team. Here are my suggestions:
Lilligant use the sun support set, as it allows Yu to heal up a statices pokemon. I would replace one of you chlorophyll sweepers with some variant of venusaur, who removes toxic spikes, which hit your whole team. Donphan can spin them away, but will be poisoned simultaneously and can be stalled out while the foe sets them up again. Donphan should also have max attack. Also update that ninetales
Sets
Lilligant@leftovers
-leaf storm
-HP Rock
-sleep powder
-healing wish
4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe

Ninetales@leftovers
Lots of options, but sub nine tales is really outdated.

Welcome to Smogon

Ninetales doesn't get lava plume. Or anything good for that matter...

Edit: food for thought@ ninetales

-136 speed to outspeed toxicroak
-do not Use hidden powers, heatran takes like 40% from ground and Ttar like30% from fight

Yeah I did get rid of Sub for Protect on Ninetails and i'm not sure about your Lilligant set I really like mine at the moment because I can easily abuse Chlorophyll. Putting Venosuar on the team seems like a good Idea but I'm not sure who I would replace. Maybe Shiftry? But then that would leave my only physical sweeper as Victini. And AznSean your right about that I sometimes try to fight T-Tar but it can end in failure most of the time and I have to bring in someone else to take it on.

i would replace zen headbutt on victini for brick break because i can see LO heatran giving you problems especially if sun is not up
