can someone please explain to me what you actually do in a mafia game, why it's called mafia, etc. I know nothing whatsoever about it and am interested, but i can't seem to find a guide/faq

Yes, however it should be noted that prankster only increases the priority of a move by 1. So moves like Whirlwind and Trick Room that got a negative priority will still be used after normal attacks.

So let's say I'm trying to get this Magic Bounce Espeon that I've been talking so much about.
1. If I catch an Eevee with Anticipation (its DW ability) and then evolve it, is its evolution guaranteed to have its proper DW ability too (i.e. Espeon w/ Magic Bounce)?
2. For someone who has never touched the Dream World before, how long might it take before I can get an Eevee from it? Would it be faster/easier to just try and trade for one instead?
3. In case Espeon is too much of a pain in the ass to get, who are some other good dual screeners? :P

2. Never, the only ways to get Magic Bounce Espeon were through an event a while back and a temporary area in the Japanese dreamworld where you could get anticipation Eevee that no longer exists. You can probably get an anticipation Eevee in a trade though since those could be female and are thus breedable.
3. Bronzong, Jirachi, Lati@s, Azelf, and Uxie seem like they could fit that category to name a few.
What are the best walls/counters/checks to a) Physical Lucario and b) Special Lucario?
a) Gliscor and Hippowdon are fine counters (just watch for ice punch if you're running a slow Gliscor). If it lacks crunch then Slowbro, Jellicent and even Reuniclus can counter it. Intimidate Gyarados and Salamence can "check" it if you can keep SR off the field.
b) The Lati twin can take virtually anything, and only really fear dark pulse. Since vacuum wave has quite low power it's not that hard to revenge kill with stuff like Landorus or even Gliscor.

Is Air Slash or Extremespeed ever good or useable on Suicune?
Not really. Air Slash could be useful to hit both Grass-types SE and Bulky Waters neutral using only one moveslot, but they have to be used with a Relaxed nature. Bulky Suicune would rather have Roar or Calm Mind allong with Rest, Sleep Talk, and a Water STAB move.
