Umbreon Moveset - Needs Advice

I've got an Umbreon moveset. I just want someone to take a quick look at it to point at any flaws. It's going to lead and then Mean Look, then Double Team up and Baton Pass to an appropriate sweeper.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Dark (252 Def // 252 SpDef // 4 Spd)
- Double Team
- Baton Pass
- Mean Look
- Taunt
 
Double Team is frowned upon in competitive play. Brightpowder is worse than Leftovers on a Pokemon with defenses such as Umbreon - it's a little extra evasiveness that will only kick in once out of 10 times or so. Leftovers will help you restore HP.

Overall Umbreon is just Heracross and set-up bait anyway. Toxic and Baton Pass on the same set is just not needed...the most common Steel in Skarmory is going to Whirlwind you anyway. Taunt is better.
