A Teen - Age Riot!

Greetings Smogon!
To start this off, I am fairly new to this scene, so please be gentle if you encounter any apprentice mistakes. I have been putting a lot of time and effort into theorycrafting, more time than I actually spent testing this team out. I am very happy about any feedback, so please critique my team as hard as you can. However, I will not respond to anyone who posts without reading the full guide since I am pretty sure I will adress pretty much everything.
Now that we covered the introduction let's go over to the team building process. My basic thought was to build a team that can deal with most of the things the metagame currently throws at you, specifically rain dance teams, sun teams, volt-turn cores and sand teams. I spent hours and hours crafting this and I still find things to improve or weaknesses I have not yet adressed, so the team building definitely has not stopped yet, it's a neverending process.
I will not go into detail about which Pokémon I tested out as I could probably write a novel. Basically, the team that I first created had barely any weakness defensively, I was using a Forretres as a defensive wall and rapid spinner, but I had to get rid of it because my team was lacking offensive power and type coverage.

Team Building
I have tried using different dragon types than Kingdra, I have never been (and am not) entirely sure whether he's the best option for the team because his stats aren't as great as dragonites or salamences, neither is his move pool, but you have two gigantic advantages over those two: You outspeed pretty much everything under the rain and you have an element of surprise, which I am going to go in more detail later. I am still not sure about Scizor, I used Hitmontop before which had the big advantage of carrying rapid spin but I felt like it lacked offensive power. As a substitute for Hitmontop I opted for a Bulky Swords Dance Scizor, which worked out really well. The reason I switched to choice banded Scizor is because I lately encountered lots of defensive Gyaradoses which tend to give me lots of trouble and render my swords dance pretty much useless, therefore I switched to Choice Band. That's it for now, this section is going to get a lot bigger in the future, though.

Calm | Flash Fire | Female
248 HP | 100 SpD | 160 Spe
Stealth Rock | Roar | Lava Plume | Taunt
Heatran is not always my lead of choice. His EV's are pretty self explainatory, I especially like the speed EV's since they let me taunt pretty much every supporter in the game, which is a great thing to have. Heatran functions to set up Stealth Rocks, obviously, as a Phazer, it can stop most Pokémon from setting up and Lava Plume is on this set for the STAB Fire - Attack and the occasional Burn. I chose Heatran because I needed something to counter Sun - Teams with and Heatran is easily the best Wall against sun teams there is. I wall most of the common Sun Sweepers as long as my Balloon is up and I can always safely switch Heatran into a Fire - Type Move and strike back with increased power. Heatran is great for walling volcarona, one of the most potenz sweepers in the OU metagame and argueably the strongest Sweeper under the sun. It also walls most Chlorophyll - Sweepers which is a great thing. Last of all his Dragon - Type Resistance is extremely important since the only other Steel - Type I carry is Scizor and Dragons are extremely popular nowadays.

Hassam
Adamant | Technician | Male
248 HP | 252 Atk | 8 Spe
Bullet Punch | Superpower | U - Turn | Pursuit
Scizor leads my team in a few cases, prime example would be if my enemy has an Abomasnow or any other Ice - Type I can easily take care off witch Bullet Punch. Other than that this Scizor is used because it is easily one of the best Revenge - Killers with Bullet Punch, has an extremely versatile Move - Pool which let's him hit almost anything thrown at him and he let's me use his U - Turn to full potential since Landorus also does carry it. I need him to be able to switch into a Draco Meteor or a Stone Edge and other than Heatran not only tank it but threaten the enemy to kill him with my priority Bullet Punch. Pursuit is there for the case that my enemy has any fragile Psychic - Type Pokemon that I can Pursuit Trap, for example Starmie. This set is standard and directly taken from Smogon, from my experience this is what works best.

Raendeuroseu
Naive | Sand Force | Male
252 Atk | 4 SpA | 252 Spe
Stone Edge | Earth Quake | U - Turn | Hidden Power: Ice
I use Landorus because he makes excellent use of the Sandstorm, which lots of the teams I encounter carry. With Sand Force his Earthquake hits like a Truck. I run Naive, not Jolly because I like the additional Damage on HP Ice, it Really does matter, for example when encountering Multiscale Dragonite, where I will sometimes use HP Ice so I do not risk missing a Stone Edge. The set is, once again, very self - explainatory. HP Ice is there to decimate Gliscor when it switches in, although it serves a lot more purposes. Being Naive with a Choice Scarf and full Speed EV's guarantees me that I outspeed everything on the enemish team, which is always good to know. Other than that, having a Ground - Type in your team is pretty much mandatory considering how many Volt Switch users there are out there, which does Not mean you should switch in your Landorus on an unexpected Rotom - Wash Hydro Pump.

Rankulluseu
Quiet | Magic Guard | Female
192 HP | 64 Def | 252 SpA
Trick Room | Psychic | Focus Blast | Shadow Ball
Reuniclus serves the role of a Special Sweeper. After a Trick Room it outspeeds any offensive Pokémon there is, it can hit very hard with a STAB - Psychic and has almost perfect coverage. The only enemies that cause Problems are Priority - Attackers which I try to take care of very early in the game and Blissey/Chansey as they can wall me, although Focus Blast hits them for Super Effective Damage. As I ahve Scizor to take care of the two Blobs I can pretty much freely sweep after they have been eliminated. I don't use the Calm Mind, neither the Recover - Set because they lack offensive power and are weak to Phazers such as Skarmory and especially Multiscale - Substitute - Roost - Dragon Tail Dragonite, which already poses a huge threat to my team.

Serebi
Bold | Natural Cure | Genderless
252 HP | 192 Def | 64 SpA
Giga Drain | Hidden Power: Fire | Heal Bell | Recover
Now we're getting experimental. What I needed was a safe Switch - In to a Close Combat, or even possibly an Earthquake. I have tried using Bronzong, I have tried using Claydol, I have tried out several Ghost - Types but nothing seemed to work out well. This Celebi is an all rounder and it does it's job very, very well. I am going to go ahead and explain the EV's for now: The HP and Defense is obvious, as Celebi will be tanking a possibly Choice Banded Close Combat or Earthquake, so it needs bulk, luckily Celebi has relatively high Base - Stats. The EV's in Special Attack are so I can KO Scizor, Lucario and the likes with my HP: Fire and because my Giga Drain will then be threatening to a Tyranitar. The Set is a masterpiece, whilst the two Attack Moves are rather obvious it's the Heal Bell that makes it so great. Seeing as my Kingdra is very weak to Status Moves, especially Paralyses and Burn I really need this to make it a potent Sweeper again after being crippled. The Recover is there so I can shrug off the damage that has been dealt to me. However, the best thing about Celebi is that it counters Rotom - Wash hard and seeing as Rotom is on almost any team, that is a great thing indeed.

Kingdeura (King Geedorah really)
Lonely | Swift Swimmer | Male
252 Atk | 64 SpA | 192 Spe
Dragon Dance | Waterfall | Outrage | Draco Meteor
This is the weirdest of all Sets. Probably the weirdest you have ever seen. I'll just start right away with the Item of choice. Since we have Celebi we don't have to worry about Status oh that much, so I am not using a Berry. Without Celebi though, I definitely would. So I listed two options: Leftovers and Draco Plate. Lefties give me additional Bulk which is great. They also don't show if I am at a hundred percent HP, which is a nice thing to have. Now theres the Draco Plate. This item is just so great, first of all my two main attacking moves are Dragon Type so they recieve a boost. Second of all, since my Dragon Moves will do tons of damage and the enemy does not see a Life Orb he will automatically assume me to be either Choice Banded or Choice Specsd' (Is that even a word?) and that Ladies and Gents allows me to surprise them by firing off an Outrage after a Draco, which is unbelievably great. So now to the EV's. Aside from sweeping Kingdra is really great at taking Hydro Pumps or Fire Moves since it has a 4x resist, though it does not need any Special Defense EV'S since it's naturally Bulky. I chose to run full attack because Kingdra is mainly a physical attacker. The EV's in Speed are so I outspeed anything in the rain, aside from that I do not go face to face with other Dragon Types because they will most likely outspeed me. The EV's in Special Attack are so my Draco can OHKO even Bulky Dragon types. So now to the Move Pool. I carry Draco and Outrage for several purposes. Firstly, you can fire off a Draco which will make your Opponent assume you won't be dealing any Damage after since your Special Attack just got lowered significantly, so you can suprise them with a strong Outrage. Second of all I do not want to risk getting locked into Outrage, as Kingdra does not have Dragon Claw I needed another Dragon Type Move that does not leave me locked in and I chose this over Dragon Pulse. The rest should be self explainatory really.

So now that you know the team I am going to move on to the team's weaknesses. As I already stated above a Parashuffle Dragonite combined with any Spiker really poses a huge Threat to my team, so does a Parashuffling Gyarados. Ferrothorn and Skarmory under the rain are very hard to K.O. and since I do not have a Rapid Spinner their Spikes are pretty threatening, though Reuniclus can take them out if I play smartly. A Choice Specs Latios in any team that is not rain is very hard to predict and can sometimes get a lucky K.O. on one of my teammates, for example switchint Scizor into a HP: Fire expecting the Draco or switching Heatran into a Surf expecting said Draco. Breeloom is a bitch and if it manages to but my Celebi to sleep it is a big ass threat. A Defensive Politoad is very hard to K.O. for my team but more defensively theatening than offensively since I ahve dat Kingdra, dat Big King Geedorah. Jirachi can freely Sweep after Heatran is gone, though with smart play that should never happen. Tornadus under the rain is one of the strongest Pokémon ingame and very threatening after my Steels are gone. Slowbro is near to impossible for me to kill, though my Celebi completely walls it so that's O.K.
Please for the love of god tell me on how I can improve this team, I really want to make it better and viable and I'm always open for suggestions. Please help me make my threat list bigger, too since I am sure there are many that I forgot. So far that's it. Thanks in advance for every critique!
