Dual Screens Torterra
QC: 0/2
GP: 0/2
[SET]
Name: Dual Screens
Move 1: Light Screen
Move 2: Reflect
Move 3: Giga Drain/Seed Bomb/Stone Edge/Rock Slide
Move 4: Earth Power/Earthquake
Item: Light Clay
Ability: Overgrow
Nature: Calm/Careful/Sassy
EVs: 172 HP/84 SAtk/252 SpD or 172 HP/84 Atk/252 SpD
[SET COMMENTS]

First of all, Light Clay is used in place of the more commonly used Leftovers to make the screens last longer, and of course, this can help a sweeper to endure a few hits in order to set up with greater ease. This can also work with Shell Smash/SmashPass so Cloyster, Gorebyss, etc. can set up and attack easier, and makes White Herb less of a necessity (therefore permitting the use of LO, a gem, etc.).

Two attack moves are typically used alongside the namesake Dual Screens. Giga Drain is a good choice because it gives Torterra recovery, and if you choose that, pick Earth Power to avoid having to add EVs to both attacking stats, and also because Grass and Ground STAB are at least decent together in VGC. After all, Torterra is the only Grass-Ground Pokemon in existence.

If you wish to use physical attacks (which would make sense considering Torterra's high Attack stat), then the best choice is to use EdgeQuake, or alternatively, Seed Bomb and Earthquake (e.g., you are running Gliscor that has EdgeQuake).

The EVs are used to help Torterra against special attacks as much as possible, because it is common for an opponent to launch an Ice Beam for Torterra (as Ice Beam is often kept in store for Gliscor and other 4x-weak-to-ice-moves Pokemon).
[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

If running one physical attack and one special attack, give Torterra a Sassy nature and split the attacking stat EVs equally between Attack and Special Attack.

Should you decide to use Dual Screens Torterra in Trick Room, use a Sassy nature (and of course 0 Speed IVs), and run Rock Slide and Earthquake as the attacking moves.

Torterra sets often use Wood Hammer as the Grass STAB. However, in this case Torterra is meant to be bulky enough to switch in, set up screens, and switch back out, so giving it a recoil-inducing move is not doing it (or your team) any favors.

Especially if you are running physical attacks, Wish support is useful so Torterra has a source of recovery. Using Rest in place of an attack move takes care of the healing problem, but it buys your opponent extra turns to set up, lay hazards, switch Pokemon, etc.
