Dittos with Good IVs? whats the excitement about?

Alright, whats the excitement about? is it where you breed a ditto w/ super IVs with a....say charizard, will the baby have super IV stats? Just curious....
 
Hopefully that will make it even easier to breed for Modest Porygons with HP Fighting..............................................
