367 is the minimum attack needed to always OHKO (only 312 attack and above is needed to OHKO some of the time - i.e for use with Stealth Rock) Mence with Ice Shard. This is obtained by using Adamant with max attack, or simply Jolly with Life Orb/Choice Band.
do you mean garchomp, or is that actually for mence?

1. Is there a offline version of Metalkid's IV calculator? (yes another question involving breeding and/or team building, sue me okay)

2. At what level range does Pickup get the most rare candies?

3. Who carrys Black Sludge and where can I find that pokey?

1. Yes. It should be on his site somewhere where you can dl the offline version.

2. 90+.

3. Croagunk and Toxicroak. The yare found in the Great Marsh.

Has anybody actually fully EV trained their starter pokemoin? (Chimchar, Piplup, ect.) I mean, to EV train your team, do you have to make another team to absorb all the EV's you don't want?

How do I catch Safari Pokemon well? I seem to suck at it...

(To shadow of a man: I found out at level 86 my Empoleon had pretty good IVS, so I took away all of its stats by planting a bunch of 'EV-sucking' berries and then I EV trained it.)

Most people don't EV train their ingame team, since it's very tedious to do so before the Elite Four.

It's pretty easy to EV train after you beat the Elite Four (though training for Attack and Special Defense is a pain).

Question -- How do you get to the northeastern section of land?

I tried going through 224, since it seemed that it may have a form of transportation there, but no luck. I'm guessing there's something I missed, like a boat that will take me there so I can go to the Battle Tower?

I have a couple questions regarding "Choice" items. When using choice items, is your attack still locked in after you switch pokemon or will you get to choose a new attack after you switch?

Also, does pursuit not lock you in if the opponent is switching out when you use pursuit?

You take a boat from the Snowy town at the top. Snowpoint?

Where did you come to that conclusion? Sp. Def is ridiculously easy to EV train above Sunyshore City. Tentacruels abound, plus the occasional Mantyke. The only pokemon you need to run from is Pelipper, which is quite rare. And as for attack, I find the grass in Lake Valor to be a decent spot. Bibarel is very common there.

I'm growing some Stat Reducing Berries, and have some questions:

1) What is the best way to go about making sure they grow, have the most berries, and harvesting them before they wither (the berry I have in mind is listed on Serebii as 8 hours. Explain to me what that means.)

2) Do the berries reduces the EVs by 10, or the STATS by 10? Serebii says it drops stat x by 10 points, and I'm not sure how to interpret that.

3) And finally: I'm not sure what IVs and EVs a Pokemon has. Is there any calculator that lets you adjust the stats to get an idea of what the EVs and IVs are? I used Netplay once, and I can see how I'd use that, but it obviously doesn't list 4th Gen Pokemon.

You can re-choose after you switch.

No, that was only in the Japanese version. I think it was a glitch.

1) Water them. Check back often.

2) If your pokemon has more than 100 EV's in a Stat, the first berry reduces the EV's in that Stat to 100. Each berry after that is a 10 EV drop. (ex. if my Alakazam has 252 HP EV's and I use one pomeg berry, his HP EV's become 100. If that same Alakazam has 102 EV's in HP and I use a Pomeg Berry, the HP EV's become 100) The Berries effect EV's, not Stat Points

3)www.metalkid.info has a good IV calculator. For EV's you have to track them yourself.
