i believe the translator in the credits is called Nobawaya/Nob, it appears different in some games.

I really did not get the whole Hearthome church thing. Why would they put (fake) religion in there?
Cynthia's not reaally goth, she's more like a nice punk with severe short term memory loss.

Pretty much given on the fact that they allow ten years olds to leave home and go one some crazy adventure, all alone, and knowing full well that they're dangerous creatures out there....yeah they're screwed alright.

During one of her later chats (after beating Fantina?) she makes a remark about Team Galactic which went something like
"..at first I thought Team Galactic was just a bunch of nonsense, judging by the way they dressed, but....."

If remember correctly, that occurs at Lake Valor when it is blocked by Team Galactic grunts, the same time she give you the potion who's name escapes me.

A lot of the things that people say to start a battle with you are completely absurd, if you think about it in the context of approaching a stranger to ask for a pokemon battle. My favorite is the Hiker who talks to you about how he's feeling really gassy.
When I initiated a trainer battle with a certain Roughneck Kirby, I expected that the bald, brow-furrowing brute would send out pogeys that would reflect his grizzly, hardass persona.
