Eye of the storm.- OU Rain Dance team.

I have been playing with this team for a while now and so far on the simulator I have been doing quiet well for myself. Unlike the last team this team has more support, attacks, and defense. I have never really used a rain dance team before. Before all I used was water, grass, fire core team. This team will be going for the new BW2 game.

Politoed-Leftovers (Drizzle)
Nature:Bold, Ev's:252Hp,4Def,252SpAtk
-Scald
-Focus Blast
-Toxic
-Protect
Politoed is going to obviously be my lead to start off the whole team. Either starting it off with either: Protect/Scald. That way I can know either a move or have the chance to burn them.

Keldeo-Choice Specs (Justified)
Nature:Timid. Ev's:4Hp,252Spatk,252Spe
-Hydro Pump
-Surf
-Secret Sword
-Hidden Power(ghost)
Keldeo is the one to smash and destroy anything that stand in its way. With the Hydro Pump being boosted by rain dance it becomes a force to be reckoned to with. Nearly OHKO's every thing unless resisted.

Ferrothorn-Leftovers(Iron Barbs)
Nature:Relaxed. Ev's:252Hp,88Def,168Spdef
-Power Whip
-Spikes
-Gyro Ball
-Leech Seed
Ferrothorn is probably one of the most OU pokemon around. Not to mention its boss defenses it can stand in the way of all most any pokemon. With the rain boost fire isn't much of a problem. As it stalls almost all the pokemon you can spike them down or seed them to switch out or try to take you down.

Latios-Life orb (Levitate)
Nature-Timid. Ev's: 4HP,252Spatk,252 Spe
-Draco Metor
-Surf
-Roost
-Hidden Power(grass/fire)
If Keldeo was to faint this is when Latios comes in to play, or if you really need that dragon out there. With Draco Metor it can OHKO any thing just as well. Only problem is if I resort to that I can't use a lot of other moves because even with the boost of the rain surf isn't nearly as strong. Just keeping that in mind.

Conkeldurr-Flame Orb (Guts)
Nature-Adamant. Ev's: 224Hp,252Atk,32Spdef
-Mach Punch
-Drain Punch
-Payback
-facade
Conkeldurr is the physical master of this team. With the flame orb burning it, it boss attack doubles witch is crazy as mess. With that monster attack it can take down almost any wall/staller around. With drain punch it can help out when it's losing its health. Just as long as I predict right.

Scizor-Choice Band (Technician)
Nature-Adamant. Ev's: 248HP,252Atk,8Spdef
-Bullet Punch
-U-turn
-Superpower
-Pursuit
Being a steel type Scizor has some good resistances not to mention a super dope attack. Having a Stab boost Bullet punch makes this pokemon more a problem to deal with ( if you're on the opposite team ). Seeing that I also use U-turn ( witch has stab boost as well ) that can put a hurt on them as well. Thanks to the rain no fire will be hurting this monster of attack.

Tell me what you think of my Team!

Hey,

This team looks decent, but there are some things that need to be ironed out, and I have some ideas that will help you to improve your team. The first thing you should definitely change is using Stealth Rock instead of Spikes on Ferrothorn. Stealth Rock is the best entry hazard in the game, and it's faster to set up, while also being extremely helpful when dealing with threats such as Dragonite. You should also consider using Psyshock instead of Hidden Power on Latios, because it lets Latios deal with Keldeo and Breloom, while Hidden Power Grass isn't good for anything and Hidden Power Fire is a bad option on a rain team.

Finally, you should consider using a different pokemon on Conkeldurr's spot, because it doesn't fit your team by any means. I would like to suggest using Choice Scarf Rotom-W, as it helps you to deal with threats to your team such as Tornadus-T or Landorus, which can both give you trouble when used correctly. Rotom-W can also act as a good revenge killer for your team, which means you'll have an easier time dealing with pokemon like Gyarados or Dragonite, too. Here's the set:

Rotom-W@Choice Scarf | Levitate
Timid Nature | 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hydro Pump / Hidden Power Ice / Volt Switch / Trick

Finally, I would like to recommend using a more useful move instead of Focus Blast on Politoed, because Focus Blast is only really helpful against Ferrothorn (which you aren't koing anyway), so Perish Song or Ice Beam would be better options.

Hey there PMMikey, Nice team. My only suggestion for you would be to try changing Keldeo's item from ChoiceSpecs>LifeOrb and giving it CalmMind>HydroPump, or Surf if you prefer the raw power from Hydro Pump, to give it an enormous killing capacity in a +1CM+LO STAB attack since Secret Sword and Surf/HydroPump are its main 2 attacks. Anyways, I hope that my suggestions help you in with this team. :)

Good Luck!!!

Hey there PMMikey, Nice team. My only suggestion for you would be to change Roost>Recover @ Latios. Roost leaves you vulnerable to Ground attacks that come in on a preditable Roost. Also, try changing Keldeo's item from ChoiceSpecs>LifeOrb and giving it CalmMind>HydroPump, or Surf if you prefer the raw power from Hydro Pump, to give it an enormous killing capacity in a +1CM+LO STAB attack since Secret Sword and Surf/HydroPump are its main 2 attacks. Anyways, I hope that my suggestions help you in with this team. :)

Good Luck!!!

Wrong: Roost doesn't make you lose Levitate
