Just wanted to bump this up with a question. Which item is best for Wobbuffet now? Custap or Leftovers?

Both are fine, but only run custap if you're using destiny bond, otherwise, stick with leftovers.

a little, i doupt it will do a great deal as he still has the same old issues and competition from gotheleia

It still helps though. Custap makes Wobbuffet virtually a guaranteed 2 for 1 against hyper offense if played correctly.
