Are any of these Natures good for a Cresselia (in any way):
Impish
Careful
Quirky
Docile

Docile and Quirky would be okay if they have amazing IVs, but Careful and Impish are just ick. Bold/Calm/Modest are the preferred natures (Modest not so much).

Can you restart Pokemon Ranger for multiple Manaphy's? I know you can only send one per copy of Diamond/Pearl, but could you still beat Ranger, do the Manaphy mission again and still transfer another egg to another copy of Diamond/Pearl? If yes, it's time to save the world from evil Pokemon musicians again.

I think you can, but I'd rather save in front of the Egg guy in the Mart and work from there, unless you have multiple D/P's.

But, sheez, you should get an award for actually WANTING to play through Ranger a second time.

Question:
What Natures are acceptable on Manaphy (don't count neutral natures, I just mean natures that absolutely suck)?

I believe Timid and Modest are, but what else?

Timd, Modest, Bold and Calm.

Since I don't have Manaphy, what's a good Phione set?

It's all for the Manaphy. Playing through Ranger gave me nightmares about circles though, but then again.. it IS Manaphy x_x I do have two copies and already hatched a good one, but I wanna try for better now.

Timid, Modest and Bold are what I usually aim for. Bold is just a nice nature for almost every Water type.

Well, IMO best natures for Manaphy are Modest/Timid/Bold/Calm, but knowing the difficulty of getting a good IVed one, I would also "aim" for a neutral nature (9/25 chances to get one desired nature... still bad, but better than 4/25)

How about Hasty? It's the one I got stuck with without realizing that I could reset the Nature.

Who came up with those names anyway? Obvioulsy Never Used wouldn't even be a tirer if no one used them. And I've seen a severe lack of Gardevoir, does that make her UU? No.

Tiers are based on power, not usage. The names are misnomers, kind of.

Is there a way to check if EVs are maxed, like the Ribbon in Emerald?

Yes. In Sunnyshore City (the city with the walkways, I'm fairly sure that's the name) in the marketplace, there is a woman who will give your lead pokemon a ribbon if its EVs are maxed out.

A Tail Glow sweeper set could still probably work, as long as you bring it in on Special Attacks (Heatran's F-Blast, Milotic, Cresselia, Blissey). It could still probably take a physical hit or two, but it's better to be safe then risky.

And no, Synchronizers don't work on Cresselia or Mesprit.

Then what are the recommended EV's for a set like:
Surf
Ice Beam
Grass Knot
Tail Glow
(Change set if you want)
