Thanks.

What exactly does Life Orb do? Also, wouldn't Toxic Orb work better than Burn Orb on a Facade Swellow?

Life Orb increases your overall damage by 1.3 (think mini Choice Specs/Band put together) except instead of being restricted to one move you get 10% of your HP taken away after each attack.

And Burn Orb is better on Guts Pokemon, because Guts negates the attack drop. Toxic Orb poison is the "toxic" kind of poison too, the kind that get's worse every turn.

You have to use all the berries including the last one before it says stats won't go down any more. You could be stuck with say, 1-9 EV's remaining in a stat and the last berry would've removed them.

Serebii isn't the know-all end all. I'm almost certain that he is correct, and it only acts as a safe guard instead of automatically healing you.

Actually, I'm pretty sure somebody here made a video proving that Moist Body and Leaf Guard auto-heal Rest.

It's also the reason why half of Smogon thinks Manaphy should be banned from standard battling. So yeah, I'm pretty sure it heals Rest. If only I could find that video..

I have a question in regards to Hard Rock.

How do I get my Rhyhorns/dons to evolve into Hard Rock Rhyperior?

Rock Head Rhyhorns, but to be safe, get the to-be Rhyperior from D/P. It sucks when you evolve an immigrant, and then it has the wrong trait.

By the way, it's Solid Rock, not Hard Rock. Hard Rock is the Rock-boosting item.

Still have the Cress/Magzone thing, in case anybody's bored.

Leaf guard doesn't heal rest, but hydration does.

If your Rhyhorns/dons are in D/P, make sure they have the Rock Head trait.

If your Rhyhorns/dons are in an advanced cartridge, cross your fingers and hope for the best, as their ability's might change upon transfer.

Not 100% sure, but I think it's ability may change upon evolution.

Is this decnt manaphy that i should keep
Manaphy - #490 (Hasty)
HP: 17 - 19
Att: 0 - 14
Def: 0 - 14
SpA: 25 - 28
SpD: 25 - 28
Speed: 28 - 31 , or is the def and hp way too low (note hast nature)

Seems awesome enough for a sweeper.

how many walls should my team have? i have dusknoir, blissey, skarmory, and cresselia on my team. the other two are tyranitar and Azelf. so do i have toom much wall? how many walls should a team have.

Hypothetically, a Trainer has a Salamence (Physical), Infernape (Physical), Milotic (Not an STalker), Tangrowth (Knock it off!), Porygon-Z (Adapter), Lucario (Special), Electivire (Breeding), Weavile (Night Slasher), and Gyarados (Dancer), all for unpredictable teams.

This trainer wants another Poke on his/her team, and narrows it down to Cresselia, or Magnezone.

The sets are:
Cresselia (Bold)
Rest
Sleep Talk
Charge Beam
Ice Beam

AND

Magnezone (Modest)
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Substitute
Hidden Power Ice/Grass OR Flash Cannon

This hypothetical trainer wants to know which to use, Cresselia, Magnezone, both, or neither and something entirely different.

Here's the situation. Just pretend they all have perfect IV's, and are EV trained properly.

Also, this isn't so much a simple question, but did PBR REALLY come out today?

Supposedly it's supposed to come out today (says so in all the D/P Nintendo Power stuff), but I think NOA is punishing everybody because some stores let out D/P early.

I would suggest that hypothetical trainer use Cresselia, as they really need defense against SpecsMence. They also have no trouble with most steel types, though it may be could to train a hypothetical Magnezone just in case. Actually, training both might be worthwhile, as Magnezone and Cresselia by themselves cover each other very well.

Pokemon.com even said it was supposed to come out today e_e I'm guessing it's just because the WiiConnect24 servers aren't ready yet to handle connecting across the world.
