My first team

Hello! I just became new in competitive battling and I need help on it. The first thing I did was I made this VGC team. After seeing some opinions, I probably going to assemble some other teams for other tiers. This team's strategy is just to basically go all out and sweep except for one which is a crippler/wallbreaker and I have a possible replacement that's a supporter . I also tried it many times in the PWT champions, battle subway, and wi-fi (but hax keeps on getting in the way :() Here it is (Btw Most of these come from the strategy pokedex from smogon):

Porygon-Z @ Life Orb | Download
Bold | 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nasty Plot / Tri Attack / Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
Being the 2nd fastest Pokemon in my team, I find it a good sweeper to patch some of the types I miss. Even though it has the wrong nature, I don't want to breed another one because this one has 31 IVs (or at least high ones) on Special Attack and Speed (and I find RNG manipulation to be too confusing). As a role, it's usually a revenge killer, but starting out with this Pokemon is also OK for me. Nasty Plot is good if the opponent is a wall or if I have Togekiss.

Salamence @ Dragon Fang | Intimidate
Hasty | 64 Atk / 192 SpA / 252 Spe
Draco Meteor / Outrage / Fire Blast / Earthquake
This, obviously, is a mixed attacker, which at the moment I thought was viable to trick people, especially since it has the highest speed in my roster. I was going to choose a Naive nature, but I couldn't. I was going to go with Moxie, but Intimidate helped a bit more. I would've gotten it a life orb, but that is illegal. I can lead with this Pokemon because I see many people in Wi-Fi who start out with Haxorus and etc. I could also replace Earthquake with Dragon Dance if I have Togekiss.

Gothitelle @ Choice Specs | Shadow Tag
Naive | 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Protect / Psychic / Trick / Thunderbolt
Good for crippling. Being the only you get with Shadow Tag, I can't change the nature. However, the IVs are quite good.

Breloom @ Choice Band | Technician
Jolly | 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Mach Punch / Bullet Seed / Stone Edge / Spore
I might need help with the fact that for some reason, it still has a speed of 115 against Ghost/Psychic-types such as Gengar. I also might need suggestions on having Stone Edge. But other than that, I think it's a good Pokemon to lead with if it's faster or if the opponent's Pokemon is weak to Fighting, especially against Excadrill.

Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf | Sand Stream
Adamant | 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Crunch / Earthquake / Stone Edge / Superpower
Although it's the slowest in my team even after with a choice scarf, it looks like it got the highest attack it could possibly get. If I had the Togekiss, it would be nice to have Dragon Dance. It could possibly be a bit like a tank, but the types that are super effective against him get too common for me.

Electivire @ Air Balloon | Motor Drive
Adamant | 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Wild Charge / Earthquake / Ice Punch / Cross Chop
Being that it covers a variety of types, I usually lead with this Pokemon. I could also use an Expert Belt instead of an Air Balloon if needed. Move suggestions could also be helpful on this Pokemon.

Possible Replacements:

Togekiss @ Leftovers | Serene Grace
4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Follow Me / Protect / Light Screen / Reflect
Strictly only for Double/Triple Battles, This is obviously made to suck up attacks. Follow Me is good for Porygon-Z or Salamence to set with Nasty Plot or Dragon Dance. If I ever want to use Togekiss in single battles, I would replace Follow Me with Toxic.

Sprites come from pokecheck.org

If you think that RNGing is difficult, and are having trouble with getting the natures / IVs right on Pokemon, we do have a few people on this site with dedicated VGC trade forums who are able to offer you legit, perfectly-raised Pokemon for free. You can also go ask around other trade forums on this site for Pokemon, if you can't find what you want there.

The big concern I have about your team so far is that no one has Protect. In a metagame where attacking hard and quickly is one of the main goals, having no form of protection in order to completely bluff an opponent's attack headed towards them is dangerous. In that case, I would suggest swapping out a lot of the redundant moves like Outrage, Nasty Plot, Earthquake on the mons with Protect. Protect also helps the partner of an Earthquake user bluff the damage, adding a good form of synergy.

I'm having a real difficult time with figuring out the main goals of this team, if you could expand the descriptions a little bit as to what the EVs accomplish on each of the mons and what each one does for the team individually.

He couldn't have said it better. VGC is the perfect balance of attacking and defending. Having only 2 status moves, can really be an issue when trying to build an effective team. I suggest making a general description of what your team is meant to do. For starters, you should try explaining how you deal with basic threats like Hitmontop, Garchomp, etc.

Like Knights said, don't worry about HP's, Iv's etc. People in the link he suggested can take care of that.

I was going to go with Superpower instead of Brick Break, but the Attack and Defense lowering was annoying.
Actually switching to reignite weather/switch a move with your scarf Tyranitar is quite useful. So Superpower > Brick Break on a scarf set like yours.

Can you please elaborate on what your strategy is so I can suggest some things, because I don't want to suggest a strategy that is the polar opposite of what yours is.

Before we can rate we need to know what your team is trying to achieve. But one thing I will say carrying three choice'd Pokemon and not one of them with trick is a bit unusual, as in the fast paced meta-game of vgc you're probably going to be hindered by locking yourself into a move KO something then be unable do much on the next turn.

Thanks for the responses! Now that I think of it, I think I'm gonna play the other tiers instead because of the fast pace that I don't like.
