This team is not a joke. I win a good bit of my matches in OU. Its made to make each pokemon have hidden potential.

(M) @ Focus Sash, Reversal set-up, see below
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 2 Def / 2 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 HP
- Reversal | Hidden sweep #1, an easily 1 hit ko usually gets me down to that 1 hp, with flame charge either going first or second, Combusken should be given a speed edge next turn.
- Flame Charge | with speed boost incompatibility, flame charge now becomes a supplement and going last with 1 hp gives it the blaze bonus for a hit.
- Flare Blitz | When reversal probrably won't kill, I use this just to get it over with. Sometimes i use it to bring my hp down when the oppoment isn't 1 hp-ing me.
- Quick Attack | Always have a priority move.

Greybar Hotel

(F) @ Light Clay, It's just to nesseary for this natural tank
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Careful Nature
- Seed Bomb | Lovely attack for water pokemon of all sorts.
- Light Screen | Heart of the team, protects sweepers.
- Reflect | Same as above.
- Aromatherapy | Gotta have that healing.

Da Slamma
143.gif
(F) @ Leftovers, hp back
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 252 Atk / 185 HP / 71 Def
Serious Nature
- Last Resort | This move is so destructive. I am dissappointed how underused this is. It CRIPPLES teams so easily.
- Rest | Used usually after crunch
- Sleep Talk | Used righy after rest, takes up a key slot for LR to begin
- Crunch | Great intro move, gets the ghosts in 2 or 1 hits. Defense down too...

Gladiator Academy

@ Leftovers, hp back. Relys on light screen or no entry hazards
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spd | I just love this.
- Stealth Rock | SR needs a nerf
- Gyro Ball | 1 hits Alakazam,Latios,Latias etc...
- Thunder Fang | Can't really think of anything to put here, I guess 1 turn sucide move
- Roar | Stops the sweepers

The Fuzz
009.gif
@ Mystic Water, really should be a life orb, but I hate those things
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 SAtk / 6 HP / 125 SDef / 125 Def
Modest Nature
IVs: 30 Atk
- Rain Dance | Nulls unwanted weather, powers up brine, bewares thunder
- Brine | 65 + stab, 120+ under 50% hp, very dangerous
- Rapid Spin | Very important for the team
- Aqua Jet | Gotta have your BACK UP priority

The Man
157.gif
@ Choice Specs , overkill is needed
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Eruption | "Real" sweeper, loves sunny day, loves light screen and reflect.
- Flamethrower | For when I think I'm going to fall below 60%, 100% accuracy is infintely superior to fire blast
- Extrasensory | Gotta get that fighting...
- Hidden Power [Ground] | Gotta get that flash fire...

Tentacruel and Ludicolo are a problem in general, but can be sovled... Keldeo ends this team without meganium.

So umm, if anyone would like to say something...

You may not think the team is a joke, and I'm sure it can win against 5-10% of opponents (guesstimate) in the OU environment, it just isn't competitive and I don't think any of us here can give you advice without replacing several members of your team (changing it completely).

Can you make note of a specific problem?

Hey. I don't intend on sounding mean, but this team is definitely not competitively viable. For starters, your EV spreads are completely out of whack and most, if not all of your team members are completely outclassed by stuff that resides even in the UU tier. In addition, almost every relevant physically offensive threat in OU (e.g. Terrakion, Dragonite, Garchomp) and even a few specially-based threats, such as Keldeo and Volcarona, can gut your team after 1 turn of set-up, and some of them (Terrakion and Keldeo to name a few) don't even need to set up to bring the pain to your team. I think that you should test out your team quite a bit more on Pokemon Showdown! since it's painfully obvious that there are many flaws to iron out. Also, due to your lack of competitive experience, I'd recommend going through Battling 101, the battle tutoring program on Smogon. Have a nice day.

Maybe yall need to see my team in action. I'm I allowed to post a battle?

Meganium covers rock and Steelix is a switch in for Outrage. Stealth Rock for Volcarona, or just flare blitz/flame charge it, its so fragile. Keldeo, tentacruel, and wash rotom are the reason I'm here.

I did these two right after I got off the plane. So what?

If you were to go up against a serious OU player, your team would not fare well. At all. Seeing as your current OU ranking is <1200, you are most likely not battling any good players; in the replay you posted in the OP, your opponent was not exactly the best OU battler. Also, any rain team pretty much throws this team around, especially with Keldeo. I'd recommend making a serious team and trying again.

Rule 14 said:
As a site dedicated to competitive battling, we request that your team is as competitive as possible within its given metagame. In-game teams and gimmick teams will be closed. Battle Tower teams are still permitted. "Theme Teams" are also OK as long as they demonstrate an understanding of the competitive metagame they are to be used in.
Your team is definitely not competitive. Not only is Combusken not a good Pokemon in OU, but you're not even using the only thing that could be good about it, which is Speed Boost. The rest of the team really isn't competitive either, so I'm just gonna lock this.

Check around the other threads a bit I guess...
