No, Counter or Mirror Coat is not affected by Def or Sp.Def, allowing, say, Tentacruel to OHKO Salamence with Mirror Coat or Wobbuffet to OHKO with either Counter or Mirror Coat.

It's all preference. 252 HP is mandatory, but you can have as much Atk, Def, and SDef as you want. Trickroom builds go for more Atk, and Walls their respective defenses. If you're a wall, find the metagame (er... pre-metagame) standard's heaviest hitter, then optimize your Bronzong to survive (Let's say SpecsMence, SpecsGar, CB Rhyperior, CB Heracross), whether it's a 99% hit or a <50.0625% hit (That's for a 3HKO).

I'd put more EVs into special attack, that's the only reason one would use Hasty over Jolly, mixed sweeping.

I don't think that things Sketched over WiFi will stay, kinda like pokemon you fight over WiFi aren't added to your "seen" pokemon in the pokedex.

EDIT: I've never tried though, so I'm not sure.
