You can skill swap it but Smeargle will have a hard time surviving and setting that up and it's pretty dangerous with all the OHKO moves on every opponent.

Good explanation (I didn't know about the Contest stats), Great Sage. I don't remember correctly now, but there are two stats for the Poffin, "Level" and "Feel" (I think). What does the "Feel" (ore whatever the second one is called) do? And what's the max level (or "Sheen", if I recall correctly)?

IIRC, Feel has to do with how much the Poke can eat before they get full.
 
Feel determines how much "sheen" will increase when your Pokémon eats it, so you want it to be as low as possible to be able to feed it as many poffins as possible. But a high level poffin will typical have a high feel so you have to balance it a bit.

ok thanks, i think i will skill swap buterfree compound eyes to a bastiodon with fissure@the item that ups accuracy lol teamed with the mind reader sheer cold articuno, seems cheap enough lol
 
For a Bulky Gyarados, what is the significance in hitting an Atk stat of 319? I read Jumpman's analysis, but I'm still confused. All he says is "16 Atk EVs grants it its first possible bonus point".
 
I posted this in the "So who has PBR?" thread, and have not yet gotten an answer, so I figured I'd ask here

I just began playing this today, and I tried to copy over my Pearl team... didn't work...
I got the message on the screen, "Copy completed. Please turn of the power on the Nintendo DS." And everything seemed fine...
I tried to access the storage, and it says, "No pokemon in storage. You must copy pokemon from a DS game to access the storage."

um... Didn't I just do that?

Is anyone else having this issue?
How can I solve it?
 
Is it possible to pass on PokeRus between pokemon in your party by just running around with them? Or is there a more effective way? I've been running with a pokerus infected poke trying to pass it on for a while and nothing has happened :(.
