As far as I can tell it looks like a Nidoqueen could sweep through your entire team. Granted it would need support but the point is that it can 2HKO all your team members, and you team lacks a reliable way to kill it.
CM Raikou would also potentially sweep your team, actally pretty much any set up sweeper could beat your team.
Snorlax could deal with these two problems, RestTalk Snorlax in particular. This team also has a weakness to Specs Chandelure which Snorlax helps deal with.

This is a really nice team, but it seems to be ripped apart by Zapdos. it's faster than everything on your team, and has a Super Effective move on each one. I just played against this team, and zapdos pretty much killed everything. Togekiss did only get 2hkoed by thunderbolt, if that's relevant. Your best option against zapdos with your current team is to basically let something die and send in something else, so it won't get Koed after the switch in.
I'm looking at your team, and I can't really see anything I can change without totally altering your main idea. So, sorry I can't come up with replacement stuff, but thought I'd at least give you info about the terror that is Zapdos to this team.

I think I can see what you are saying. I would say eviolite is quite annoying (I recommend this in all rmts its really good) Why not an eviolite Golett? Or eviolite munchlax, dusclops etc. They stall a hell lot because of sheer bulk, dusclops can wall in ou. cresselia also is very worthwhile as the bulk is great. This is for the defense part. defense is quite important in stall teams for obvious reasons.
Hey its a good team, but just a few notes. Mienshao can be a threat if you assume it has aerial ace, it can also run hidden power ice, which is a clean 2hko on tropius and golurk I believe. Another big threat is trick specs rotom-h with hp grass. Overheat/volt switch and hp grass can hit 5/6 of your pokes for se damage and trick just ruins snorax.
Subcm raikou can be a pain especially if snorlax and golurk are gone, but bronzong can do an okay job of checking it with its own calm minds.
I think stallbreaker crobat can be a threat too given that taunt screws up your team.
May I recommend bulky nidoqueen over golurk? It has great bulk and can blow aforementioned threats out of the water with its coverage moves. It can even outpace and hit roserade hard with a lo sheer force boosted fire blast.
