Technically, Vista is superior presentation-wise, and it does have quite a bit of power backing it (ala Porygon-Z), but it is buggy, which I felt perfectly defined P-Z (as stated in the 'dex entry.) That said, XP is still usable, despite being outdated. Plus, it can still do things that Vista can't (ala P2 being able to Trace)

Octillary = Kracken
Probopass = Nosey
Porygon-Z= Porygon 3
Snorlax = Tubby, FAT, Mctubs, Mcdonalds, anything else for fat.
Slaking = sofa king

Typhlosion F - Kazanhime, Amber, Rose, Ruby...(can ya guess my favorite Pokemon?)
Donphan - Ganesha
Vaporeon - Mizuna
Electrivire - Kyodai (Japanese for brother, and my elder brother is an electric guitarist)

Crobat - Dhaos (Why yes, I AM a tales fan)

I love nicknaming my pokemon, it just doesn't feel right if they're not. If I can't think up something, I use their japanese name if it sounds good.

Personally I'm more of an Italiophile than a Japanophile, but half of Italian words are exactly the same as in Latin and Spanish, so it doesn't sound as cool.

My made up word for someone who's in love with Italy and its culture (I'm half Italian on my mother's side) Cannolis FTW.

I plan to name my Bronzong Gangan, the Japanese onamatopoeia (dang that's a long word) for the ringing of a bell. Hell, Gangan was the reason I thought of using a Bronzong, 'cause I normally don't train genderless Pokemon.
 
i usually only give stupid nicknames to my pokemon.

lucario - coolio
starmie - gangstar
vileplume - viledoom
porygon-z - gorygon-z

sometimes i just stick die or kill in their name like dieranitar and togekill.
 
I remembered that I got the riolu egg from riley on my birthday, and then I hatched it on that same day. to be festive, I nicknamed it (my name)ario. I'm not going to say my real ingame name since I could be raped at night if I do.
