Heck, you inspired me to think of bulky Mixed Dragonite lol. 252HP/56Atk/196SpA/4Spe Quiet Dragonite is pretty good in gen 4.

Grass Definately. Spread.. good question. Haven't thought about how much bulk Milotic needs these days. Speed I would shoot for 240 if Modest. You may want to go Timid if you want to beat CB Dragonite which is pretty common
Yea, Rain makes any water-type better. Do you have a set/spread in mind? I was thinking Timid or Modest with Hidden Power Electric or Grass!
