Well, I've been using this team to pretty good avail but I feel a couple things could really be fixed because there are a couple weak links here, funnily enough, one of them being the pokemon the team was based on. Well, I'm really bad at this (as if you couldn't tell) so lets get into the team!

~~~
Golurk @ Life Orb
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Rock Polish
- Shadow Punch
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
Well, this is the pokemon this team was based on. Rock polish Golurk, now I have to say I haven't got along with him much, preferring to wear down with te other members and sweep with medicham, but I digress. On the few occasions Golurk has worked he has worked well but as I said, those moments were few and far between.
589.gif
Escavalier (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Iron Head
- Pursuit
- Sleep Talk
This guy man, he's pretty awesome! I don't really know what to say about him that isn't already obvious but he was placed into the team to take out Tangrowth and some priority users for Golurk. And he does it well, He also checks a whole load of other stuff so yeah, pretty awesome!
479.gif
Rotom @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 176 HP / 252 Def / 80 Spd
Hardy Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Bulky Rotom, checks a lot of priority, alomomola and other bulky waters, this guy has been working pretty well but as this is offense bordering hyper-offense we may need something more offensively geared. But yeah, in general he works pretty damn well.
244.gif
Entei @ Expert Belt
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- ExtremeSpeed
- Stone Edge
- Sleep Talk
Expert belt Entei, yup, amazing how many kills any commonly choiced pokemon with an expert belt can do, and of course Entei is no exception. I'm really not sure what to say about him since its fairly standard but yeah, he supports the team.
308.gif
Medicham (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Hi Jump Kick
- Psycho Cut
- ThunderPunch
- Trick
I have to say this guy is the MVP of the team, he gets so many kills it's unbelieveable, hes my new favorite pokemon because of his sheer power, despite the support he might need he works really nice in OU even. But yeah, revenge killer / sweeper, does amazing damage, use him, lol.
481.gif
Mesprit @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Ok, this thing is what takes out ferroseed and other fire-weaks and sets up rocks, I really cant come up with much other justification so please suggest replacements.
First off I'm not too well versed in RU, so my advice may not be the best.
I think Rotom-Mow would be better off in Rotom's place. Firstly Rotom-C is just much bulkier, with 50/107/107 defensive stats compared to 50/77/77 for regular Rotom. Rotom-Mow is also a much better switch in to water types, as it resists Water thanks to it's Grass typing. Golurk has the team covered for spin blocking and Fighting check, so I don't think losing Rotom's Ghost typing would be that problematic.
I don't think Golurk really needs Rock Polish, replacing that with Stealth Rock would free up another move slot for Mespirit and give Golurk some more utility. You could possibly give Mespirit U-Turn or something in place of SR.
Hey lionrt60, nice team ^_^ It's cool to see a team built around RP Golurk, and while I understand you aren't pleased with its current performance I'd like to suggest a few things that may work in its favor.
First and fore-most, I would definitely recommend the use of Fire Punch over Ice Punch on Golurk. The only noteworthy target of Ice Punch is the rare Mandibuzz, and while it certainly is a threat to Golurk it isn't as much a threat to the rest of your team. The extra damage Fire Punch offers against Bug-types, as well as select other Pokemon such as Ferroseed, is much more generally useful in achieving a successful Golurk sweep imo.
That said, I'm inclined to agree with PTJon on the change of Rotom-C > Rotom-N, the added bulk Grass subtyping greatly benefit the team in terms of overall synergy. Personally I am inclined to suggest the Choice Specs set, as the extra "oomph" in its attacks really helps to wear down switch-ins like Entei more quickly (which is useful since it currently can threaten your entire with an OHKO / 2HKO).
If I may, I really think that Hidden Power Grass would be a more useful move than Sleep Talk on Entei. Having two sleep absorbers, while certainly thorough, is fairly unnecessary, and Escavalier is a pretty effective user of the move as is. Hidden Power Grass, in conjunction with Expert Belt, would allow Entei to bait and KO Pokemon such as Kabutops and Quagsire that keep Golurk in check, that former of which is rather threatening to the entirety of your team atm.
As much as I do appreciate Mesprit, the most it is doing right now is exasperating an already bothersome Dark-type weakness. That said, I'm inclined to suggest the use of Stealth Rock Druddigon over it. I probably sound like some sort of broken record saying this, but Druddigon is a really solid Pokemon in the current metagame, and its ability to check a variety of Pokemon while maintaining offensive presence. This would also allow you a secondary Water and Fire resist, giving your team a little more leniency in playing around common Pokemon like Slowking and Entei.
I think Ice Punch is there to dent Druddigon, since it's the only ice move on his team. He also has Hidden Power Fire on Mesprit and Flare Blitz on Entei..
While I see how Fire Punch would really help Golurk, an Ice move can be rather helpful too.
For is better Golurk whit leftorvers and No guard whit dynamic punch and stone edge shadow punch and thunder punch or ice and i prefer a medicham whit fake out and life orb so is free to change attack is really good i have the same medicham,if u want u can change wntei whit typlosion whit the choice scarf and for me u need another defenseve pokemon because rotom don t need a defense ev for me is better a miltank or a weezing and a sap sipper miltank tank can absorb all the grass type and grass is very used in ru
STAB EQ hits Druddigon for the same amount, without taking contact.
I agree wih the above suggestion. Rock Polish is a bit redundant after the presence of Medicham, your Scarfer, whom you stated that you usually Sweep with anyway. Here is the suggested Set for a Golurk with Stealth Rocks:
Golurk @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 156 HP / 252 Atk / 100 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Shadow Punch
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
The Lead Set pulled from EonX's Eagle Sparks RMT that has worked well for both he and myself
His Ghost Typing grants the Team with a Stealth Rock Setter that keeps the Hazards up, an interesting niche, while also dishing out some Damage of its own.
hiya lionrt60!
I like your team; Golurk is an interesting Pokemon that isn't used very much and the same is true with Medicham! col49's rate is superb so I'd advise going with this rate very much.
I agree with replacing Ice Punch for Fire Punch, Col49 already said the merits but I'd like to include that Medicham can 2HKO defensive Druddigon with HJK or OHKO with Adamant, so it isn't that big of a deal, whereas the ability to take down Ferroseed helps you against more defensive teams, so they can't set up hazards since there isn't a spinner.
Also, I suggest Adamant over Jolly. The team already handles Aerodactyl well with Golurk and Mesprit, Accelgor is checked with Entei, and Omastar has a hard time setting up due to almost every Pokemon having a means to hit it super effectively. If using Adamant, then Drain Punch is a good alternative to Trick, so it can be used early-game and scout the opponent's switch-in and not die if a Ghost-type switches in, and health recovery ain't shabby either.
As you've said yourself, RP Golurk hasn't done much for you, in that case the tank variant might serve you better. With the tank set, Golurk can set up Stealth Rock which lets the pressure off of Mesprit or that sixth spot, and it still retains the offensive presence that it had, but can't sweep now.
Golurk@Leftovers
Adamant | Iron Fist
EVs: 156 HP / 252 Atk / 100 Spe
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Shadow Punch
-Fire Punch
Looking at your team it's evident that Medicham is your winning condition with its strength and sweeping potential. Right now with Mesprit being the most replaceable member, I suggest a hazards user that can set up Spikes to aid in Medicham's sweep. I suggest an offensive variant of Qwilfish to help you set up hazards and deal with other offensive teams that are looking to set up their own.
Qwilfish@Leftovers
Jolly | Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / 176 Spe
-Taunt
-Waterfall
-Spikes
-Thunder Wave
The set might look wonky but it's for the best for the team. The EVs are set to outspeed opposing Smeargles and you can Taunt them to prevent Spikes. Also, Taunt is integral to stop Spiritomb, which is a bothersome threat for your team and for Medicham. Spikes is for the hazards and with 2 Ghost-types you won't have a big problem keeping them down. Thunder Wave is useful to stop opposing Choice Scarfers and Pokemon that are looking to set up. Also, Intimidate is a great tool to soften a lot of blows from Entei, Escavalier and Durant. Lastly, I think the 80 Attack EVs helps to 2HKO Cryogonal with Waterfall so it can't spin on you in clutch.
A tiny nitpick. Overcoat is a good replacement for Swarm on Escavalier when going against Hail teams so it doesn't get worn down.
