Okay I've searched and no thread's had a topic like this.
Anyway what's the most underused and overused pokémon.

Well, THE most overused Pokemon is Blissey as of now. As for a good Pokemon that is underused, maybe Yanmega.

IMO, the overused is blissey
and the most underused (in OU) houndoom

If someone plays NU, it would be used, not never used.
Actually, I think Floatzel is quite Underrated, it can become the fastest pokemon in the game with Rain Dance support, surprisingly it isn't used more with all these weather teams.

IMO, it's not that Blissey's used too much. It's that Blissey is the only way to counter SpecsMence (unless you want to use something like Empoleon). If that threat wasn't there, Blissey probably wouldn't see this much play.

Which is why I'm saying:

Overused: Salamence
Underused: Lucario (I wanted to say Gallade, but I've at least seen Gallade on a few teams. I've yet to see a Lucario)

lol, Gallade and Lucario. They are both terrible, yet have an insatiable fan club.
 
Wait, how is Lucario terrible? He is the only endure/reversal pokemon to outright be immune to sandstorm. Ground/Fighting/Fire weakness hurts him but he resists a lot of things.

Gallade is awesome because of its massive support movepool with Will o Wisp, Thunder-Wave, Hypnosis as well as lots of critical hit attacks on all sides. All you gotta do is make sure you don't use him like Medicham, cause Medicham is a better Medicham than gallade.

Lucario gets an inferior second STAB, and Scizor can Sub Down to activate Swarm/Reversal and BP the sub to something else, but when you bring it back in you won't have a sub. :/
