whr are the best places to ev train your pokemon and how much evs do they give you while holding power item and pokerus
 
Porygon2 can actually tank quite well with his Defenses, and at the same time he can dish out good damage. Recover / Thunder Wave / Thunderbolt / Ice Beam is the set that most people utilized in Advance that still works in D/P
 
I'm trying to reroll Mesprit for IVs, and I was wondering; Does leading with a Modest Synchronize Abra give me a 50/50 when speaking to Mesprit in his cave? I wonder because i'm not actually battling it at that point, and it's taking me a good while to run him down after every try, to the point where I can't make an educated guess on it myself. Anybody know?
 
Once a Toxic orb is activated, does it go away? So if a Magic Guard Clefable with one on uses Aromatherapy, would the toxic orb work again?

And furthermore, would it activate on the end of that turn?
 
Toxic Orb keeps poisoning as long as the user is holding it. I can't confirm if it would kick in on the end of the Aromatherapy turn.

Thats what I'm trying to do. In case the rest of my team is statused, I want to Aromatherapy without loosing my immunity to my foes stat moves while getting my Facade bonus.

i have three adamant male ralts' to use as future Gallades

IVs:

Ralts1: 27 hp, 26 atk, 13 def, 1 spA, 20 spD, 3spd
Ralts2: 1 hp, 26atk, 13 def, 26 spA, 1spD, 29spd
Ralts3: 14hp, 26 atk, 13 def, 1 spA, 26 spD, 3 Spd

should i just use Ralts1 and play around with his ev's to fix some stats or should i try to breed the speed and higher spD onto adamant females and thus multiply my breeding by like 100 hours?

I went through about 30 Mesprits, leading with a Timid Synchronize Abra and I would have to say no, unfortunately, it doesn't seem to help.
 
That's disappointing. I've gotten Modest three times so far, and the IVs have just been dirt poor. :( I think I should recheck the IVs of my Modest Mesprit from my last playthrough. This is very discouraging.
 
I searched for crit+focus energy+scope lens stuff, and found a post with someone else asking that, but they were told to use the search feature, apparently.

Ironic.

12.5%.

Regular CH chance: 6.25%
High Crit moves: 12.5%
Hight Crit moves with Super Luck: 25%
High Crit moves with Super Luck holding Razor Claw (or was it fang?): 50%

It basically goes up in levels. If you're using a Super Luck Absol with Razor Claw (or fang whatever) his attacks would all have a 25% chance of critical hit for example (except of course the high crit moves which would have a 50% chance).
 
I had read the levels were
6.25%
12.5%
25%
33.3%
50%

With normal moves starting at 6.25% and high crit moves starting at 25%, and the items and Focus Energy making you go up one level.
 
Heh, but that goes without saying, of course... Here's another question I've been pondering:

How much HP EV's does a Rampardos require to survive the recoil of a Head Smash to a Max HP Max Def Blissey?
 
Is this Slaking good enough for competitive battling?

HP: 28 - 29
Att: 26 - 27
Def: 26 - 27
SpA: 20 - 23
SpD: 24 - 25
Speed: 30 - 31
 
I gave gardevoir a carbos and her HP increased. She is affected by the pokerus. whats the deal here. did the pokerus screwed up my game or something.
