In the Tunnel next to Jubilife where you get Rock Smash. Use Rock Smash on the rocks, and go in the basement. Its in here, but you need surf.

If your going to be using Ninjask as a BPer then why give it attack and not HP. HP will probably let it stay in another turn which gives you an extra Swords dance.

I'm pretty new to the metagame, but why do so many people think giga impact on slaking is such a bad idea, especially if it's a guaranteed kill?

I'm wondering if I should run the mixed or special-only Infernape set, because except for my Wishpassing Togekiss and a possible special attack on my Bronzong, all my team is physical-based.

Gahh! Why can Starmie learn Dream Eater if it can't learn anything that puts the opponent to sleep??

Secret Power can cause sleep if used in Waterfall or Sunny Park Colosseums in PBR, or if used in grass/tall grass in D/P. It (Dream Eater) is also an effective move against Rest pokemon.

What is the best place for sp def evs that also gives a small amount of exp. This is so my Cresselia can get 252 sp def evs while staying on level 50.

Im tempted to go to route 201 with the power item on but is there a better way?

The only difference is do you want to hit dragons or Blissey? The Mix'd set runs Close Combat to hit Blissey, the special set runs HP Ice over Close Combat to hit dragons.

One more question...
How is Freeze Clause enforced? So haxing the opponent twice with Ice Beam is an automatic loss? Or does Netbattle / PBR prevent freezing when a guy is already frozen?

It can't be prevented on Wi-Fi battles. In PBR / Netbattle / Competitor, after one pokemon is frozen it will no longer Freeze another pokemon until that other pokemon is defrosted
