    The only rule to my capture/breeding projects are; That Im able to fully redis the outcome if I so wish. You will have full redis to the project as well since you requested it.
  • Cloning!
    I will only take a copy of the clone if you so wish for it. Otherwise I would like something else to compensate for the time spent.
  • Leveling!
    Rare Candy Leveling to any level you so wish for.
  • Move Tutoring in Platinum and Black 2!
    Any move available in those two games via Move Tutors/TMs/HMs I can give to your pokémon.

Also is that Keldeo UT and from a retail game? And yeah I can trade you the Dratini for it, but wouldn't you rather an event for it instead?
 
Yep its available UT and from my Black 2 Cartridge. And I want a marvel scale dratini for a team of mine :P So not really intrested in the events you have atm ^_^

Yep, its from one of my first XD runs. So accidently got something amazing ._. And thanks for letting me know. ^^; Not wellknown of the tiers, even though I was sure I checked the smogon list >_<
