My team's identity crisis

Lately I've been struggling to make this team work in UU. I have a much better team, but this team is work in progress, and I really need help to move it along.
Red = Changes
492.gif

Shaymin @Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Modest (+SAtk, -Atk)
EV's: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
-Rest
-Seed Flare
-HP Ice
-Aromatherapy

Shaymin is meant to be an offensive cleric. He can come in and use Aromatherapy to rid of status that plagues the rest of the team, or come in to take down Water-types. If he's low on health, he can use rest and switch out and he himself is cured.
609.gif

Chandelure @Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Timid (+Spd, -Atk)
EV's: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
-Energy Ball
-Trick
-Shadow Ball
-Fire Blast

Chandelure is a wall-breaker / revenge killer. Although revenge killing is better on some of my other pokemon, many are scared out by Chandy's typing. He can either trick away his specs in favor of freedom, or go for the absurdly powerful Specs Fire Blast.

350.gif

Milotic @Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
Nature: Sassy (+SDef, -Spd)
EV's: 252 HP / 128 Def / 4 SAtk / 124 SDef
-Scald
-Ice Beam
-Dragon Tail
-Recover

Milotic is one of the more experimental members of the team. She is meant to take a few hits and stall pokemon out. She is my premier pokemon for destroying setup sweepers, as she has the Dragon tail. However, she won't be doing much offensively, as she only has 4 EV's in Special Attack, but can still take out things weak to water.
169.gif

Crobat @Flying Gem
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
EV's: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 140 Spd
-Brave Bird
-Super Fang
-Roost
-U-turn

Crobat is meant to be a fast wallbreaker. With the flying gem, his Acrobatics attack grows insanely powerful. Defensively boosted pokemon on the other side are always hit hard by a Super Fang, Roost is of course to heal off damage, and U-Turn is to Pivot into either Machamp or Chandelure. I chose Infiltrator over Inner Focus due to Light Screen and Reflect crippling my team more than Ambipom.
464.gif

Rhyperior @Leftovers
Ability: Solid Rock
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
EV's: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
-Stealth Rock
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Dragon Tail

Rhyperior is yet another experimental pokemon on this team. With the banning of Froslass, I converted from Spikes to Stealth rocks. Rhyperior is meant to be the Physical counterpart of Milotic, but with more offense. While Milotic caters to shuffling Specially based pokemon, Rhyperior is better for Physical. After rocks are up, his main use outside of shuffling is being offensive.
620.gif

Mienshao @Choice Scarf
Ability: Regenerator
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
EV's: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
-Hi-Jump Kick
-Stone Edge
-U-Turn
-Aerial Ace

At first I was reluctant to give up Machamp, but then after using Mienshao for a few battles, I felt like a jerk using it because it's so good. He is geared towards being an extreme revenge killer, outspeeding everything, and able to defeat or cripple any pokemon with its moves.

Hello There!
Interesting team you've got here, but a few things I think could make it way better;
Take note that these are all suggestions, and take into consideration what you will ;3

1: I don't think your shaymin needs Aromatherapy. Shaymin is your status absorber, and with Natural Cure, she could care less. Also, you said it's supposed to be offensive, yet you invested in HP rather than speed. To make your Shaymin more of a team player, I suggest changing it to this set:

Shaymin @Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 252SpA/252Speed (put the 4 in Spdef probably)
- Seed Flare
- Earth Power
- Air Slash/Hidden Power of Choice
- Rest
That way, you can have a pretty fast (base 100 is pretty cool) and pretty heavy special attacker ready to destroy everything.

2: For your Chandelure, I suggest taking off Overheat in favor of Trick. Overheat is only 5% more accurate than FireBlast, and isn't a very "spammable" move- it instead halves your SpA, forcing you to switch out, which kills your momentum. Plus, Trick can then cripple an incoming counter (like say, Snorlax or whathaveyou)

3: I would personally suggest you put Evs into Defense for Milotic, but that's just me.

4: Acrobatics is such a nice move. The first time with Flying Gem, it reaches 247 BP, (that calc and all of the further calcs are including STAB,) compared to Brave Bird's 180 BP. But After that first turn, Acrobatics becomes less than Brave Bird, at 165 BP. Now, that's an intensely powerful first turn, but understand that after that first turn, Crobat is without an item for the rest of the match. Crobat really needs Black Sludge or Lefties. If you're saying "well Brave Bird has recoil", you already have roost, and with BS/Lefties you'd be fine. So I suggest you change Flying Gem to Black Sludge, and Acrobatics to Brave Bird.
- Also, what are you trying to outspeed? max Speed Crobat now only outspeeds Weavile and speed ties with Aerodactyl. But Weavile has Ice Shard, and Aerodactyl has STAB rock moves. Neither of these pokes do you want to stay in on. I suggest putting in only 136 Speed EVs, keeping a +Speed nature. (you can put 4 more Evs in to outspeed other Bats) This allows you to outspeed max speed base 115s like Raikou, Azelf, and Ambipom, to which you can U-turn out or deal some damage to. And Infiltrator is usually left best to Choice Band Bats; Inner Focus is useful for random Fake Outs from Mienshao and Ambi, and for Togekiss flinchhax.

5: You're Rhyperior is alright, but I would personally suggest Rock Blast over Stone Edge. Rock Blast is more reliable, and can break subs. Not to mention it has more PP. Stone Edge is generally more powerful, but I would at least try Rock Blast out.

6: What's so special about Scarf Machamp? It's base speed is 55, which is absolutely terrible for a scarf set.
I would suggest a Scarf Mienshao in favor of Machamp- The set would look something like this:

Mienshao @Choice Scarf
Trait: Regenerator/Reckless
Nature: Jolly/Hasty/Naive
-Hi Jump Kick
-U-turn
-Stone Edge
-Aerial Ace/HP ice/Drain Punch

That set outspeeds the entire unboosted UU metagame. HJK is the stab of choice, hitting dramatically hard (harder than D-punch). U-turn is great for scouting or gaining momentum, something Machamp could only dream of. Stone Edge is always good coverage, and the last slot is up for grabs. Aerial Ace is for Heracross and Virizion, as well as a 100% acc move that keeps you in. HP ice is purely for Gligar. if you decide to put that on there, use it sparingly. And Drain Punch is in case you pick Reckless, and don't have a way to recover- it's also good for a 100% acc Fighting move that won't randomly screw you over.
Now, I understand that Machamp has supposed bulk. But without investment or the ability to heal itself, it's just not using its bulk properly. and Machamp may have 5 base points more attack, but Mienshao more than makes up for that with speed.

I hope I helped Lava! May the ladder be ever in your favor~

Alright I see a few areas for improvement:

1) Slowking >>>> Milotic. The trouble with milotic in the current UU metagame is that it's outclassed in every viable role it has. Specially defensively, it can't compete with snorlax and umbreon, the special defense behemoths and its weakness to common grass and electric attacks is just the nail in the coffin. Slowking resists fighting and psychic (this is important since your team has 2 weak and none that resist atm) and gets access to regenerator so it's definitely the way to go if you want a bulky water with the same general moveset.
2) Rhyperior should be running rock blast over stone edge. This is to break subs/sashes and deal damage and also doesn't get stalled out as easily + doesn't miss so often.
3) Your crobat set seems to be caught in between the stallbreaker set and the banded set. You're gonna need to pick one if you want to get max effectiveness out of your crobat. For the stallbreaker set, I'd run black sludge w/ roost, BB, u-turn and taunt. The EVs are up to you. If you want banded, I'd go with 252 atk, 252 speed jolly w/ u-turn brave bird and sleep talk (this way you have a good sleep fodder).
4) You should run an odd amount of HP on everything to minimize passive damage like hail, hazards, etc.
5) Your shaymin set is a little weird but it's close to a pretty good unorthodox set if you wanna try it out. Just change aromatherapy to leech seed (aroma won't be that useful since you already have a status absorber in shaymin and if you go with banded crobat that can absorb sleep) and change the EVs to: 122 HP / 252 SpA / 136 Spe modest or timid nature. Modest ensures that you outspeed 252 speed neutral nature base 85 pokes like specs kingdra while timid ensures that you outspeed positive speed nature 252 spe base 85 pokes like timid nidoking.
6) Any pokes on your team w/o a physical attack (shaymin and chandy) should run 0 attack IVs to minimize confusion/foul play damage

1. I think Roserade would better fill the role you're going for with Shaymin. I think Shaymin can be really predictable whereas Roserade has a few different viable sets. Here's a suggestion

Roserade @Black Sludge
Trait: Natural Cure
Nature: Modest
EV's: 252 HP, 252 SpAtk, 4 SpDef
-Rest
-Aromatherapy/Spikes
-Giga Drain
-Sludge Bomb

2. Have you tried eviolite Gligar over Rypherior? It can set up rocks and can come in very handy as a physical wall especially against Heracross although I guess your Crobat already checks it. Here's the set I use

Gligar@ Eviolite
Trait: Immunity
Nature: Impish
EV's: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4Atk
-Stealth Rock
-Taunt
-Toxic
-Earthquake

Other than that you have a pretty well balanced team. Good luck

EchoesFayt242, I'm not trying to be condescending, but the moves you have on there are simply not the best options :T

Now Lava, Gligar's always an option, (not getting on the hatewagon a lot of people seem to ride) but I would have to say that if you pick Gligar you should have: firstly, Roost over Taunt. This is a BIIIG important change. Gligar needs Roost. And it's too slow to taunt anything bar like, ferroseed (which is extremely rare). Also, I suggest U-turn over Earthquake. This is so you're still not taunt bait, yet can pivot out of bad situations and go to a better team member. Earthquake isn't that useful in my experience. Anything you would want to EQ could have HP ice, or just won't mind the hit.
Now, NOTE: I don't really recommend Gligar in your team structure. you would lose possible Phazing + a bunch of power.

Agreeing with Iminyourcloset, Gligar does not seem like a good fit at all. I do have a few other suggestions though.
Teammate Suggestions:
To reduce your weakness to setup sweepers and add a little offensive presence to your team, I think you should replace your Milotic with an unconventional Suicune set, CM + Roar. Milotic kinda just sits there and does nothing, and is setup fodder for most things with Substitute, special attackers, and most Spikers in the tier. If Kingdra invests in bulk, it's sub isn't even broken by Dragon Tail, meaning that your only real DD Kingdra check can easily wrecked by the thing it is meant to beat. CM Suicune, on the other hand, gives you a second win condition able to consistently phaze setup sweepers, which is the main job of Milotic anyway. Aromatherapy on Shaymin allows you to run Rest without Sleep Talk on this set. Having a bulky phazer that can also sweep helps your team out a ton, you only have one actual endgame right now in ScarfShao.

Moveset Suggestions:
If you are electing to use the Stallbreaker Crobat set that Moose V mentioned, make sure to replace Flying Gem with Black Sludge, which helps keep Crobat from being worn down. You should also use Special Defense and a Careful nature on Rhyperior, which allows it to take Grass Knots from Victini and Xatu, and Shadow Ball from Chandelure, both of which come in handy a lot more often than the extra damage. Other than that the movesets look fine.
