Well both are probably rooted in the same root word (....) but considering Klepki & Klepti differ by a single letter that isntantly creates a pun...
The rock move would exist so the dragon one doesn't. (and I'd prefer for a dragon move that hits fairies to go to Lati@s)

Guys if you're gonna question Klefki's existence, I'd like to introduce you to a Pokemon named Magneton.

In a surprisingly rare turn of events, the Pocket Monsters series now has a monster you could actually expect in your pocket.
