Maybe that misty terrain will be for a couple of in-game routes only like fog from gen IV.

Oh no. That really, really sucks. An entire type with some good members was enough to put dragons in check, having this too is outright insane. I hope dragons get something cool to compensate for this...

actually, theres a physical fairy type move called play around that marill gets
I think I remember that when someone was streaming, it was shown that the elemental monkeys, plusle & minun also got that move?

As long as Misty Terrain can't overlap with the existing weather conditions and doesn't have a Misty Warning (or whatever) setter, I don't think there will be any real cause for alarm.
Also, I want to give a big thanks to everyone helping to keep a contiguous information flow in this thread. As a med student trying to prepare to raise a family at the same time, I can't participate as much as I could in the D/P or B/W heydays, although the Swimming Goggles bit did make me smile. I don't think Misty Field will have too much of an impact on Dragon-types, but it is interesting to see that GF is really trying to nerf Dragons. I personally think that introducing the Fairy-type was enough!

He was saying before that he thought Misty Terrain acted like Electric Terrain and boosted a type's moves.
I presume he found the source that mentioned it (a spanish review, I think? It was posted in the non-spoiler thread by mistake and it was edited out) also prevented stat changes
Using the dex info from here: http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/f693/rumour-thread-spoilers-alleged-leaks-147732/, I'm getting that there are 61 unfilled dex spots, meaning the ability to almost double the ammount of new Pokemon (Probably post-game, just like Sinnoh). This includes any possible legendaries, but it doesn't account for a possible expanded national dex.
Pokemon Bank is the only method. They even devoted like 2 questions in the FAQ to it

But normally they have a NPC with a machine that will transfer with previous version game to new version via two consoles. Like after the story its available
Not having access to pokemon ive trained and used for years is a slap in the face. So much time invested kinda wasted. I hope the hacking community get around this bullshit
Sounds like Phantom Force is to Shadow Force as Wild Charge is to Volt Tackle- a watered-down, more widely available version of a signature move.
I see how Kingdra would, it takes away 1 of only 2 weaknesses Kingdra has. But Garchomp still has the X4 weakness to Ice and the weakness to Fairy?

Steel doesn't resist it, only normal and dark do.
