Some team rocket grunts had Weezing at level 26; the Sliggoo evolution was probably underleveled to add more challenge to the game.

Specially defensive Tyranitar can take a 4x effective Focus Blast from Alakazam and Gengar.

He's going to be just fine from special attacking fairies.

Did we get Goodra's and Dragalgae's typing confirmed yet?
 
Level 70 huh? Wow, there's been a steady rise in the levels at which things evolve as the generations proceed. Goodra had better be worth it.

Well, it really can evolve by Hapiness. In my own experience, the first time I played Pokemon Silver, I had no idea how to evolve Togepi. I leveled him up by exp share against the Elite 4, and it took about 35 levels to evolve that way, even when breeded mons have greater happiness base than catched ones.

If the leaker didn't use berries or vitamines, I can see a happines evolution.
 
Now that I have seen Goodras type (I'm bit dissappointed, wanted that poison type so bad), I'm going to stop watching any leaks before I get my hands on the game. See yah in Uncharted territory next week!
 
Glancing at Goodra's stats it looks to be another in long line of slow Gen VI Pokemon. Crazy Special Defense though.

Edit: Someone did a base stat calculation around 85/90/80/115/145/85.

It also didn't evolve until after Kanpachi had moved on from wherever he was grinding so who knows maybe it's possibly location based?
So many factorsss
 
I'm totally buying the official guide of thisgeneration. Problem is that it 'll only arrive in Brazil in the last week of November, so I'll play through it blindly. Nice. The guide should be useful on post game though
