If you do count them, then that means we already know about 67 of the new mons. So I'd like to NOT count them.
I think there is no stats of Talonflame, Vivillon, Florges, Pyroar, Gogoat, Meowstic, Aromatisse, Aurorus, Silveon, Dedenne, Noivern and Xerneas.

As listed by Mario With Lazers on Page #115, Pokemon Games following Generations with exclusively Native Pokemon tend to introduce less Pokemon. This pattern has been followed since Gen. I's transition into II, and continued since III's transition into IV. Today, we have Gen. VI, which follows V- which, according to the pattern, introduces less Pokemon that compliment the previous Generations.
For example, Mario With Lazers listed that only 81 Pokemon were introduced in Gen. II, only 11 off of the predicted 70. Also, we see that Gen. IV only introduced 78, closer to the predicted 70 by 3; even that Generation was watered down heavily by Evolutions to previous Pokemon and a large amount of Legendarys.
So in conclusion, Gen. VI isn't a let down in terms of the amount of Pokemon it introduces, as it follows the pattern of previous beloved Generations such as Gen. II and IV, with only small differences; and that's not including the new Mega Evolutions. So that being said, I wouldn't criticize Gen. VI for introducing only 70 Pokes. I would criticize the fact that the Goomy Evo is still only Dragon :/

Yveltal aleady looks like a tank, especially with Oblivion Wing (That still sounds nothing like a healing move). I've been surprised by the lack of fast Kalos Pokemon. Off the top of my head, only Delphox, Greninja, Heliolisk, Yveltal, Florges, Hawlucha, and Klefki haven't been horribly slow.
Yveltal's stats are WAY more attack oriented as compared to defense.
sylveon's stats are all but confirmed for 60/65/65/130/95/110
i think the HP there is the lowest? but the sattk/sdef/speed are definitely right.
So each type got at least 2 new lineages/representatives except Poison, Bug & Ground only got 1 each.
Does someone actually have access to the national dex yet? While there are gaps left in the central, coastal and mountain dexes I think it's safe to assume they are probably just older Pokemon with low encounter rates. Aside from the Z legendary (if even that exists), I think everything has been found (maybe some other legends if the national dex has the space). Unless like... There is some super obscure Pokemon (ala Chimecho in RSE) or something trade-only (like Metagross or Farfetch'd)... I wouldn't bet on it. Possibility of an event legendary as well I guess.
Now the fun is in trying to find any missing mega stones!

im expecting noivern to be pretty fast but yeah not a ton of speed so far from the actual kalos pokemon
This is incorrect. The dark green portion represents base stats. SpD is higher than SpA.
Light green portion represents EVs.
Remember Oblivion Wing still gets double STAB (I think it's a dark type move?) and might even get triple STAB if it's dual typed flying/dark. And there aren't many better options. Dark Pulse has the same base power but has a chance of flinching instead of healing half of the damage dealt, although, it would be nice if Yveltal got Sucker Punch since it gets dual stab and it makes up for the low speed.
Yveltal looks to me like a stronger version of Giratina-O. Very bulky, very strong offensively, decent speed (could be a lot better).
From the sound of things, Josh is about to leak something monumental.

All out of spaces. Z legendary is apparently confirmed Ground/Dragon, and we probably have event legendaries.
looks like its SpD is naturally the highest, so nope. it seems like the spread is 95/60/65/110/130/65 (the line connecting HP and attack appears to slope down to attack, so HP is higher).
Josh just confirmed that the game still prompts you to use another Repel when one wears off.
