found a new move. electrify. my helioptile learned it. this one is different fom magnetic field. it reads:

if the target is electrified before it uses a move during that turn the targets move becomes electric type

Highly doubt it, considering Greninja's and Clawitzer's stats are mildly off. The more pics we post, the easier it is to fix them though.

ah okay, I see hope someone will post more variations hmm, cuz Chesnaught's got frickng massive defence..a whopping 128 DEF, while atk of 108 o.o..at first it was at def of 120 and attack of 100...its a huge change...sucks how its special defence is at only 68 (from smogon team builder sprite stats), so jus wondering. :?

Been making fennekin babies. Got one with no evs, modest, "outstanding" IVs and 31 HP, 31 spe, and it seems 28 SpA

Fennekin level 19 stats:
50/23/24/36/31/33

Level 50 flat battle stats:
115/54/55/89/75/80

Braixen level 20 stats:
59/29/32/50/37/40

Level 50 flat battle stats:
134/67/73/119/85/93

Delphox level 36 stats:
111/55/64/106/84/91

waiting on someone to accept a battle so i can get the level 50 stats for Delphox but looks like it has base 75 hp, 115 spa, 105 speed

EDIT: just got a reset bag so I'll evolve it to Delphic and reset evs. Also, fennekin and smeargle are same egg group

a reset bag??

Just gave a Macho Brace to my Gabite and played against the Fraxure Balloon (level 2 Super Training). Received 8 EVs from it, as usual. Guess it doesn't work outside of battles... ;-;

Do breeding logs go here? Have some. I didn't wait for eggs, I just checked the owner's message. Most of these could be PARTIAL (one group known out of two).

Would it be appropriate to create a separate thread for these?

NOTE: I did NOT test Talonflame against known Pokémon, but I ASSUME it to be Flying in the following tests.

Vivillon
- CAN breed with Yanma => predictably Bug

Hawlucha
- CANNOT breed with Talonflame => NOT Flying
- CAN breed with Toxicroak => Human-like

Chesnaught
- CAN breed with Eevee => confirming Chesnaught as Field
- CANNOT breed with Blastoise => NOT Monster (or Water 1, if anyone suspected that)
- CANNOT breed with Hawlucha => NOT Human-like

Spritzee
- CANNOT breed with Talonflame => NOT Flying (it's still some kind of bird, I figured it could be)

Bunnelby
- CAN breed with Chesnaught => Field

Amaura
- CAN breed with Blastoise => Monster AND/OR Water 1 (I suspect the former)
- CANNOT breed with Skrelp. I suspect Skrelp to be Water 1/2/3, but I cannot check it.

Inkay
- CANNOT breed with Gardevoir => NOT Indeterminate (I think somebody had this hypothesis here)

Pancham
- CAN breed with Chesnaught => Field
- CAN breed with Toxicroak => Human-like

well, if you are gonna post breeding logs fennekin and smeargle are in the same group and fennekin and abra are NOT in the same group

After testing it a couple times with my Floette, I'm certain that grassy terrain boosts the power of grass type moves by 50%. Or energy ball and magical leaf at any rate.
A Trainer Tips sign mentions this. It does increase them by 50% but they must be on the ground. Flying and Levitate users are unaffected by it.

Minor, but it turns out you do not gain the ability to leap over ledges in game. At least, not how we think you did. Instead, there is a small area in the game, shortly after the third gym, named "Baa de Mer Ranch." There, there is a small area of Skiddos, which you can take to a closed-off area with several ledges. This was the area shown in the trailer. The area has like, two items total, and nothing else of note. This is, as far as I am aware, the only way to leap over ledges both ways in game.

Yveltal ACTUAL STATS NOT TERRIBLY INCORRECT STATS POSTED ON PAGE 2 :@ !!

This is based on samples of 0 exp Yveltal in screenshots.

First sample: https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd...._=1381904809_fbdbdf571c5b54462f9aa9194d0f7a6e
191/135/115/158/118/119 modest nature
Possible base stats:
HP 116-131
ATK 130(1)-145
DEF 95-110
SPA 123-139
SPD 98-113
SPE 99-114
Also interesting to note: this one has "likes to thrash about" meaning the ATK stat is likely 31 IV.

Second sample (from battle screen so nature not highlighted on stats: http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2013/277/2/b/yveltal_stats_by_krocf4-d6p7jyh.png
201/151/108/151/102/118 naive nature
Possible base stats:
HP: 126-141
ATK: 131-146
DEF: 88-103
SpA: 131-146
SpD: 94-109
SPE: 87-103

Correlating these:
Yveltal Stats:
126-131/131-145/95-103/131-139/98-109/99-103

Adding the minimum of these gives a BSP of 680..
So it would be 126/131/95/131/98/99 stats.

I find this hard to believe though and think maybe it has BSP ~700

Yveltal likely has the same as Xerneas so this: 126/131/95/131/98/99 should be correct. I've seen some stat screens and 1000s of Xerneas they are very similar so it's not out of the question, especially if you get these results as well. They will be the same. Kinda boring, but oh well.

After 5 samples of zygarde freshly caught at level 70:
252/148/196/124/158/174
jolly/takes plenty of siestas

252/166/176/154/145/159
mild/takes plenty of siestas

250/149/196/136/152/159
modest/capable of taking hits

252/166/196/133/149/140
serious/siestas

252/166/176/124/174/141
gentle/capable of taking hits

I can narrow down his stats to:
108/100/121/81/95-100/95

Pretty much confirming the earlier post :)

More (possibly partial!) egg groups:

Skrelp
- CAN breed with Slowpoke => most likely Water 1 (or possibly Monster)

Swirlix
- CANNOT breed with Eevee => NOT Field
- CAN breed with Minun => Fairy

Spritzee
- CAN breed with Swirlix => Fairy

Honedge
- CAN breed with Steelix => Mineral

Pixilate Sylveon.

If this hasn't been proven yet, the Lapras I got has an IV of 30-31 HP and lower ones in everything else, and has the characteristic "Takes plenty of siestas", so I think it's reasonable to assume for sure that this is the new HP-mod-1 characteristic.

EDIT: Should've read the posts above me, my bad.

hello, i am really excited abt the game. however, can i clarify whether vivillon's s.a and speed are so high of base 100?? and wat about delphox's s.a and speed, page 1 shows a range....can i find out?

My Vivillon has learned Quiver Dance, Hurricane, Bug Buzz and Draining Kiss. And can also learn Stun Spore, Psybeam, Infestation (TM), String Shot, Protect and Acrobatics (TM).
Florges also learns Dazzling Gleam, Magical Leaf, Grass Knot, Aromatherapy and Wish
