OU Team Help

I have made a OU team, but I'm fairly new to competitive battling and I need some help with my team. Primarily made up of sweepers.

Skarmory @ Focus Band
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost

Always my starter. With it's high Speed and HP, it can always get 2-5 moves, but this doesn't really matter at it functions as a Stealth Rock and Spikes Combo. Using Whirlwind to constantly switch the opponents Pokemon causing slow damage over a period of time. This initial damage of all the opponents Pokemon can cause a huge problem for slower teams. Sturdy and Focus Band help with sweepers.

Gengar @ Expert Belt
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Gengar focuses on Special Moves that have coverage of almost all types. If a Pokemon doesn't fall into any Super Effective categories, I use either Shadow Ball for it's STAB bonus or Focus Blast for it's high power. Hidden Power [Fire] is a huge gap for it's 3 other high power moves. Becuase of Gengar's decent Speed stat, it often takes out 1-2 Pokemon. The Expert Belt gives a bonus to Super-Effective attacks , which is it's specialty.

Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Sp.Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- ExtremeSpeed
- Ice Punch

Lucario focuses on late game Sweeping on Tanking opponents using a couple turns of Swords Dance then using Close Combat. ExtremeSpeed can deal with faster Pokemon and Ice Punch gets rid of those pesky Dragon-Types, some notable examples are Dragonite and Hydreigon. Life Orb gives a bonus attack boost. However, because of Lucario's low Defense stat, I have to constantly switch it out.

Dragonite @ Choice Band
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Sp.Def
Adamant Nature
- ExtremeSpeed
- Fire Punch
- Dragon Tail
- Brick Break

My Choice Band sweeper that focuses on taking out tanks, Fire Punch is used against Ferrothorn, a common tank. ExtremeSpeed can be used to finish off weak Pokemon. Dragon Tail take advantage of the previously placed Stealth Rock and Spikes. Inner Focus stops moves like Fake Out from becoming a nuisance. Brick can be used as a counter to Light Screen, a move that may cause problems for Chandelure.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Explosion
- Stealth Rock

My only Tank that deals damage through recoil, caused by Iron Barbs and Rock Helmet, 7/24 or their health (about 28%). Leech Seed can regenerate health and Stealth Rock can replace the one dropped by Skarmory, in case of Rapid Spinners. Explosion is used a a last resort and Gyro Ball is used a a general attack. It's main weakness is Fire-Type Sweepers.

Chandelure @ Iron Ball
Ability: Flash Fire
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Sp.Atk / 4 SDef
Quiet Nature
- Calm Mind
- Trick Room
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball

My late game Special Sweeper, using Trick Room to take advantage of Iron Ball, Quiet Nature and no Speed IVs/EVs. I get in as many Calm Minds as possible to sweep with Fire Blast and Shadow Ball. Flame Body is used as a defensive precaution as to get all of this set up requires high HP. A late game sweep often surprises opponents and causes them to panic as Tanks are often in short supply near the end of the game. The problem with this Pokemon is when Trick Room runs out. Because of this I use Calm Mind BEFORE Trick Room to get bonus turns of first hit.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you elaborate on your descriptions? Three lines is mandatory. I'm a bit confused on why you're running certain sets.

Also, why would you EVER run:
  • Dragonite with Dragon Rush
  • Lucario without Crunch (nvm, didn't see Ice Punch. Ok replacement)
  • Draco Meteor on anything if you're banded.
Does Ferrothorn even get Explosion? I think you might have mixed it up with Forretress.
You seem to be weak to Fire. Like a lot. You're not even running Flash Fire on Chandelure.

I now have three lines.

Dragonite has Dragon Rush as the only replace I would think of using is Outrage which causes confusion which is terrible combined with Choice Band. Also, Dragon Rush has a chance of flinching which comes in handy with sweeping.
Draco Meteor has been fixed. Mistake on my part.

Ferrothorn does get Explosion.
Chandelure has been fixed.

The problem is that D Rush misses too much. I'd recommend Dragon Claw if you don't want Outrage. And yeah, it does get Explosion. Just no one uses it. :P

Dragon Rush has been changed.
Explosion acts as a last resort, just in case I'm dealing with a tough tank.

Any advice on improving Chandelure?

I can't believe I didn't see this earlier. Run Multiscale on Dragonite. Otherwise Dragonite is completely outclassed. Never ever EVER run Inner Focus. Multiscale is more useful than not.
Anyway, Chandy is pretty well outclassed. If you still want the fire immunity, run Heatran. If you want a fast sweeper, run Alakazam. There's really no reason to use Chandy other than its huge SpA (but there are better pokes out there).
