Can you guys Rate my Team, please? I'm new on the Competite thing, but I read lots of informations about it and I got here with this Team, for the OU Tier (Only because of 2 Pokémon, the others are UU or less...) so would be really usefull if I get tips for changes and counters, etc...
Before I post the team, let me tell you guys that this Team is not about taking all the stronger ones and make the best team ever, I just want to play with the Pokémon I like the most, the ones I really wanted to use, to know and play together... and other thing, english is not my primary language so, sorry if gets confusing to understand something I say e.e

I will use Galvantula as my Lead. I think would be fun to start the game using Sticky Web and then see what happens next. If I use Volt Switch (Or even a normal Switch) if necessary or just attack with an almost 100% Thunder or Bug Buzz. To be honest, I don't know how to use or choose a Lead perfectly, I'm really new at this, but I think people like to start by using their Hazards, right? Mine is Sticky Web, so there it is XD

Cinccino is one of the Pokémon I like the most, She is cute, fast and strong, mainly with a Ability like Skill Link and Moves Like Tail Slap and Rock Blast. She is just perfect to me. I don't know if she is good to play, because I see and she is at RU Tier, so people maybe think she is useless, but I don't care, I want to use her and make she look strong and usefull, like I think many other people think. Anyway, I will use her, losing badly or not, cause I just love all this cuteness and I'm making this Team for her...

This guy is awesome! I love his Art and he got a type that makes him, plus with his ability, immune at 3 types of moves, and this is just amazing, even me who never fought at the competitive knows he is nice like a boss! Thats why I'm using him, I think he can really help my Team with his good HP/Def, plus he can f*ck some enemies with a Toxic/Substitute/Protect thing, right? ...

I always loved this Pokémon. He is just so badass, I can't help it, I love this dude! I see that people don't use him very much, he is NU if I'm not wrong, but with this new HA, Speed Boost, people started to see he can be really be usefull. But I'm new at this and I'm just trying to make a team that I like it and enjoy it to play with, so even without this new HA, I would really use this Pokémon in my Team because he can stop the Fighting type Moves, the ones who can hit 2x at my little Cinccino. He is the Cinccino's protector XD

Even I'm being noob I know that Entry Hazards are really usefull and used, so I think I must need some Defog or Rapid Spin, right? I don't want to my Sitcky Web to dissapear, that's why I'm using Rapid Spin. And I don't like to be so defensive, so I searched about Offensive Spinners. I like Starmie, she was my favorite Water Type Pokémon until I met Greninja (I wanted to use he here, but to be honest I don't know where... maybe someone could help? XD), so I'm going to stay with her to do this Spinner Role who can still hit hard...

And to complete the Team I needed a Pokémon who can hit hard as a Fighting Type Pokémon, because I see lots of teams and they always have something to hit with this and make sense, since Fighting Type Moves have tons of effectiveness. Then I started to search for a Pokémon to use in this role. I thought about Breelom, Lucario, Conkeldurr, but none of them are so cool like Mienshao, he is amazing with an incredible style of fight, I really like him, so here he is XD

Anyway, what you guys think? What should I change here? (Not Cinccino, she stays no matter what, but the others I can change for the safe of the team, so help me XD) And I could use this at OU Tier just like that or not? I mean, at the Rating Match of the Wi Fi PGL, we can't use Ubers like Mewtwo or something, so you guys think I could do right fighting in there?
