It's a standard Pokeball unfortunately, but that's what you're supposed to get from Professor Oak! It's our policy to very selectively trade quad perfect female spitbacks (I have 2) for anything that's 87.5% male (quint perfects are off the table). They're really stupidly difficult to get.
I'll take a brave Honedge if you're okay with a male Adamant Charmander in a Pokeball. Only Hammie has a female in a Repeat Ball, but it's not flawless, and might take a while to breed. But if you're happy to wait, it can be done.
Please check your 31/x/31/31/x/31 Timid Froakie spitbacks for Hidden Power Ghost. Hammie will be interested in any with 26/28/30 SpD.
Sounds good to me. I'll loan you a Jolly Smeargle. However, I heard that mega items can't be knocked off, so please take that into consideration before deciding to start the project.

the female wouldnt even need to be perfect honestly. if its repeat ball+adamant+at least 4 IVs besides sp atk id be happy :)) ill check for hp ghost on any quad perfects ^^
That's the thing, we both understand that a 4x Female is more valuable than a 5x Male. I think Hammie has a 3x Female in a repeat ball. I have two 4x Females in Pokeballs.

I'm mainly want Dive ball for Bold nature as I intend to evolve it to Vaporeon. But if you would breed a calm Eevee I would be interested as heal ball would be awsome for Sylveon.

Yes. There's somebody in Anistar who'll identify your Hidden Power type. So far, I've bred only one 31/E/31/30/31/30 Froakie, and he identified it as Hidden Power Fire.
No one has seen any HP Fairy, so it would appear that they didn't bother adding it.
