I could do a Bold Gooey Goomy and a Male Speedboost Venipede. Either of those have decent egg moves? And likewise I'll have to breed a few more Charmanders and Fletchlings (shouldn't take long though)

How about a 5 IV Gastley for a 4 IV Female Charmander? Considering the ratio of male to female when breeding Charmander that seems fair.

Ehh... Sorry man. Spending so much time to get that female doesn't really seem worth it. Maybe if you got something else to offer (like a Marill in conjunction with other stuff maybe). But again, the sheer amount of time it takes is a real deterrent.
