Actually, I just realized that I have a Forretress w/ Spikes and Toxic Spikes sitting in a box that I'd forgotten about, so I can pretty easily breed Venipede with the Egg Moves you mentioned (and it will still probably be faster than breeding one of those damn Rotoms). I'll let you know when it's ready to go.
