Looking over your screenshots I'm really concerned with how you've managed to start 2 virtual networks. I know that WinCPap program has a big limitation in that it can only run on 1 network at a time.

Can I get you to try this:
1) Restart your compute
2) Open ncpa.cpl
3) Disconnect from the LAN (local wired) connection
4) Disabled Wireless connection 3
5) Connect to your physical wireless network
6) Open the hotspot with the "shared connection" selection on your Wireless Network Connection

To find your TSV, you need to show a pokemon that has you as the OT. Eggs won't show your TSV, since there is no OT attached yet.

You got it. The weird thing is, I've had the three Wireless connections for a long time. In my devices, it says I have two miniports. Could this by why?
In any case, I will do so and report back ASAP.

I was able to start Instacheck without changing anything. I also was able to start it using my ethernet connection, as I was told. However, my 3DS cannot connect to the access point. Furthermore, whenever my 3DS connects, my computer gives me the notification "Intel MyWifi Technology - Disabled while interface is in use". Thoughts?

Aw that's sweet of you I'm just happy to help out my fellow pokenerds :)

The error you're getting from your computer is odd. Do you use an Intel program to connect and mange your wifi networks? Or is it the default Microsoft network and sharing center?(Please ask if that made no sense to you lol I'll get screenshots)

The 3DS not connecting to the access point is a really tricky issue. What I'd suggest is relaunch the hotspot with a completely new SSID and password, and try setting it up again on the 3DS. If that fails, check to see if your 3DS can even connect to your home network. The reason for checking this is that virtual networks will cause interference and if you already live in a place with horrible wireless interference you could be unable to connect due to that.
