I'm sorry, I'm not sure if this was already talked about.. but I'm getting this error message right when I try to create a hotspot saying
"The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation"
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I've tried nearly everything, and that was not something that was brought up.There are many instructions on pages 1-7 on this exact problem, and most people fixed it from trying various things. Personally, I had to go into my device manager and enable my remote network, which wasn't explained on any of those pages, but that could help, too.
Aww. It's such a bummer that we still can't get it working for you. :(I've tried nearly everything, and that was not something that was brought up.

If you go device manager, select the view tab, and show hidden devices, does your miniport adapter still not show up?
