It is a Female :) no eggmove (i think only one is hypnosis which is not useful..)

Dratini (Female) adamant Marvel scale IVs: 11/31/31/31/31/31. In a pokeball.
Dratini doesn't have interesting egg moves... though mine has dragon dance if you consider that an egg move.
I'm interested in froakie.
