CMT for Chansey. I could breed up an Abra, but a Staryu would be more difficult. I can't start breeding 'til 5pm GMT and I can't trade 'til 6pm.

There is, it's a 1.6% chance lol. It's difficult due to the 7:1 male:female ratio.

I actually have a Female Modest Togepi with Hustle as the ability (curse the luck). I'd throw in an Ability Capsule, which would turn it into Serene Grace, if you want to trade for both Deino and Bagon.

Itll probably take me a while to breed a Bagon, cause i dont have the female, only a male 5 IV with ditto. So it''ll take some time
