I have come up with this set after a lot of thought and trial, and have fixed a few flaws to best suit my needs. I invite your opinions, and would be gratified to receive your suggestions.
1. Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Impish
EVs: 224 HP/252 Def/32 Spe
Moves:
Stealth Rock
Brave Bird
Roost
Whirlwind
Tactics: Skarmory is the standard phazer, physical wall and setter of SR. Whirlwind is essential to quickly dispatch things like Aegislash, Conkeldurr or Gyarados, and also helps wear opponents down with SR. Roost keeps Skarmory alive, while Brave Bird gives it a high-powered STAB to use with a certain reliability.
2. Scolipede @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Hp/32 Def/224 Spe
Moves:
Swords Dance
Megahorn
Protect
Baton Pass
Tactics: Scolipede is the standard baton passer. Protect allows it to scout for Choiced leads while also ensuring a Speed Boost. Focus Sash allows at least one SD and Speed Boost, which can be promptly passed on to something like Gyarados, Lucario or even Skarmory. Megahorn is the go-to STAB, which can OHKO psychic leads like Mew, Celebi or Azelf, and, with a SD boost, can also take down Tyranitar and deal heavy damage to Ferrothorn. This set is aimed at support, so HP has been maxed out and speed EVs kept at 224, which allows Scolipede to be fast enough to outspeed Choiced 108-s after one boost.
3. Lucario @ Lucarionite
Ability: Justified / Adaptability
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 HP
Moves:
Close Combat
Ice Punch
Crunch
Extremespeed
Tactics: Lucario is the preferred recipient of Scolipede's Baton Pass, for he can ignore Stealth Rock and can also come in on a doubly-resisted Dark-type attack to get a free attack boost from Justified. With a 145 base attack and 112 base speed on megavolving, as well as access to prority moves, Lucario is dangerous enough as is, but with even one SD and Speed Boost, he is nigh on unstoppable. The EV spread is simple; speed and attack are maxed out for best benefits, a Jolly nature being appreciated over an Adamant one for the sake of speed.
The moves are also simple; Close Combat, when augmented by Adaptability, becomes a monstrous 240 BP nuke with a fairly inconsequential side-effect. Crunch gets rid of Jellicent, Gengar and the Rotom formes, whereas Ice Punch dispatches Gliscor, Landorus and most dragons. The priority is a toss-up between Bullet Punch and Extremespeed. Although Bullet Punch gets boosted by Adaptability to the same raw power as Extremespeed, and also has much more PP, I have stuck to Extremespeed and its +2 as a reliable way to get a hit on Talonflame and certain water-types which like Aqua Jet.
4. Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Sp.Def/4 Spe
Moves:
Wish
Heal Bell
Thunder Wave
Seismic Toss
Tactics: Blissey is the premier Special wall. She partners with Skarmory in blocking almost everything, and also helps out by spreading paralysis and passing wishes to battered cannons. Heal Bell also helps rid the team of debilitating status like paralysis or burn, which could easily put a stop to Lucario, Gyarados or Latios. Seismic Toss ensures that she doesn't become completely useless against Taunters or Gengar. Unforunately, I must have both Heal Bell and Seismic Toss, and so had to forego Protect. And I find Thunder Wave to be more advantageous than Toxic.
If someone has a solution to this severe case of 4-moveslot-syndrome, I'd be glad to know.
5. Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk/ 252Spe/ 4 HP
Moves:
Draco Meteor
Psyshock
Surf
Thunderbolt
Tactics: Latios is my only Special Attacker. He takes on the role of a versatile counter, revenge killer and powerful attacker who can also use a speed boost from Scolipede. A Timid nature, Life Orb, and a simple EV spread of maximum speed and special attack complement this role.
The moves are also suited for the task of being a destructive, incisive scalpel. Psyshock is a great STAB that can hit through specially bulky tanks like Blissey, Tentacruel and Terrakion in the sand. Surf and Thunderbolt provide additional coverage. I have dropped Hidden Power Fire, as with its now-reduced strength it can only affect Ferrothorn and Scizor, both of which fall to something else on my team. I have also dropped Roost, as Blissey can usually rescue Latios with a Wish. The last move goes to Draco Meteor, which is truly horrendous, and has the werewithal to demolish half the metagame in a single hit.
6. Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Moxie
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Moves:
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Tactics: Gyarados is versatile. He can be a recipient of Scolipede's SD and Speed Boosts, and can then threaten to sweep entire teams, a late-game cleaner that racks up moxie-boosts or he could be a bulky water that acts as a looming threat to momentum-grabbers. If he hasn't got the baton pass from Scolipede, he can still become a terryfying sweeper with just one DD boost. Waterfall is the primary STAB with a useful flinch chance. The famous EdgeQuake provides wonderful coverage against almost everything, barring Rotom-W, which can be dispatched with an SD boosted Stone Edge, or can be handled by Lucario or Latios.
