The female pokemon [or ditto acting as a female] should pass down it's nature 50% of the time when holding an Everstone. There's something between the Japanese and PAL versions though that prevent this, so make sure your pokemon are alright to do so before wasting time like I just did >>;;;

Right, the Ditto holding the Everstone will pass down the nature 50% of the time. Make sure the pokemon you're using are both from the same version (it doesn't work with mixed regions)

It works if the Ditto/Female you're using comes from an English cart, its a Language - not region block. Also the Ditto must be taking the place of the female for it to work.

Yea. What I ment was that Japan+English doesn't work, but English+English will. I guess I said it wrong, as you pointed out, region and language blocks are entirely different.

And yes, you must have Ditto+Male for it to work.

What are the five most common Nature's to use on Pokemon?
And what is the best moveset for Blisssey??

About that Ditto question, What if there is no "Male" version of the pokemon? (Chansey^^)
What about Genderless, is it Ditto with an Everstone that decide what nature?

Nature's depend on the role the pokemon will be playing in a team. Blissey's "standard" moveset this time around is:

Blissey@Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 48hp/252def/4spd/104spatk

-Ice Beam
-Seismic Toss
-Sing/Thunder Wave
-Softboiled

As taken from the Analysis Index.

Then you have to use just breed with random Chanseys until you get a Bold one, then give that an Everstone to hopefully breed some more [with better IVs]. Continue replacing the Chansey until you have one with the IV's you desire.

What about Genderless, is it Ditto with an Everstone that decide what nature?

Yup, giving Ditto an Everstone when breeding with something like a Staryu or Beldum will give the egg a 50% chance of having the same nature as Ditto.

wasn't that confirmed false?

If you read my post just up there, I stated the conditions in which it will/won't work.

1 It depends on the pokemon, there's about 18 good natures
2 Check the Analysis. Use the Cleric Blissey if you can get that and don't have a Manaphy weakness on your team, use CMBlissey otherwise
3 I thought Ditto can successfully pass down natures if it was with a female or genderless too, but I guess not.

for the top 5 natures, I'd say Adamant, Modest, Jolly, Bold, and Impish. But that's must my opinion.

My question: should I get diamond or pearl? I have all of the 3rd gen games, so getting Tar or Mence isn't a problem, so the only difference is Bastiodon/Rampardos and Palkia/Dialga (and Purugly/Skuntank ftw). Diamond is better when it comes to Rampardos, but Pearl has Palkia, which seems better. Which one should I get?

You can get them all but Liechi in Colosseum/XD for 15000 PokeCoupons

Liechi can be found on Mirage Island, where there are only wild Wynaut. It's very hard to get there though, you need to visit the old man in Pacifilog each day to see if any of your pokemon are "Mirage Pokemon".

It really doesn't matter, since the GTS and general trading can get you everything anyway.

How long does it take Wiki Berries to develop?

Wiki Berries take 24 hours to completely develop, and spend 6 hours in each stage. You can probably speed it up using different Fertilizers.
