I see that you didn't respond to my offers. If this makes it easier for you to trade due to my newbie status on smogon, I am willing to trade first and have you check the mons I traded, once approved by the judge, process on your end.

My apologies. I just checked your posting on my thread. When people post simultaneously, I would lose track of newly commented posts. I never care about someone is new to here or not( I am new to here to x( ).

For your offer, It's shame to say that I have all of Pokemons you offered. Again, sorry:)

Absolutely, just so you're aware the 6 IV Shellder you want has shell armor(male). What nature and ability on the Pinsir?

However, While what you have are foreign version, I would like to suggest offer the Roselia for your Female HP Ice Electrike and Female Togepi, also I would throw in a 5 IV'd one of mine except gendelesses. I'm not sure you are OK with this though.
