I just checked, the male I have doesn't have the egg moves because it lost them through breeding. I do have a female with oblivious though unless the male is fine

I don't think that would get the egg moves back, unless they changed how they worked this gen. I think all it had was Dragon Dance and Spark, though

I'm sorry to make you uncomfortable. The reason why I offered like that was I really need Spritomb as a flawless foreign parent of amorphous egg group, and for the Frokie, I already have a 6 IV'd one as Korean version and also have a water 1 6 IV'd foreign parent. However, Your Froakie can still boost my breeding job for Shiny Froakie. That's not on my priority list so I would like to get a little bit more for it:(
For Heracross, Yes. I have a perfect female Heracross with egg moves, so I don't care about its ability. Only IV spread is important xD

I must have misread the spread earlier, I don't blame you as I can clearly see the spread in the OP now but you're trading HP Ice with 30 speed? This is an issue because at level 50, a timid Jolteon drops to 199 speed with a 30 speed IV, which means he loses to every other base 130 speed with 31 in the IV.
For some reason I was under the impression you were trading 31/even/30/31/31/31. Again, this must be my error as it clearly states in your OP the IVs you are trading.
Can we revisit the trade agreement? I understand from your post you're still really interested in the Spiritomb, and we are still interested in the HP Fire Roselia.
I would like to return the Eevee instead for the Roselia, essentially revising our trade to be Spiritomb for Roselia.
If you don't want to do this, we can still continue with the trade agreed earlier tomorrow.
