4) All my Pokemon are legit: I breed them all myself or have rights to breeding them. The shinies are SV hatched or obtained by 4 months work of trading.
5) Try to make fair offers and I will do the same.

Errrrrrrr, doubtful. I consider 2 HP egg moves mons to be worth more than a SV hatched Shiny. I'm definitely willing to trade one of them and then some, but not both. They are the only two I have right now. I'm actually using the male right now to increase the chance of that 30 Def dropping.
