I would like 1 or 2 more of your pokemon for what your asking. Pawniard, Hippopatas and HP Magnemite for the 6 IV Sassy Shiny Larvitar sound fair?
No thank you considering how hard Magnemite is to breed. I normally do 2-3 normal 5IVs for a competitive shiny.
I will do it for pawniard and HP Magnemite then but not 1:1 for a HP pokemon.

No thank you. Sorry, I've done 2 for 1 for Shinies and Magnemite is worth 3 regular 5IVs.
