ive been breeding strictly eevees for a while now and i have never seen a 5iv hp ice eevee. i have a 3 if you are interested

edit: i also have 3 iv dittos for trade

The one I used for breeding does if you want that. It is level 23. I can give it berrys to reset you want.

Yeah its spread will be 31/xx/30/31/31/31 I think
