Gets rid of Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, Spikes, Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock ON THE OPPONENT's FIELD.

All right, so it would be like:

Skarmory used Stealth Rock/Spikes!

Skarmory used Defog!

Skarmory's Stealth Rock/Spikes were blown away!

Correct?

And also, if my opponent was a Claydol, and my Skarm defogs, then any Reflects/Light Screens that that Claydol had would go away, right?

So it's sort of a trashy brick break.

It gets rid of your OPPONENTS Spikes\Stelth Rocks\
Toxic Spikes\Reflects\Light Screens. Not yours.

Oh, all right.

I misunderstood. I thought that it got rid of the Spikes/SR you set up.

So it's not really a Brick Break, but more like a Rapid Spin with Brick Break qualities, right?

(Sorry, I'm a little slow today. >_>)

What's good breeding bait for trade threads?

Besides Outrage Gibles, Ice Punch + Pursuit Sneasels, and Cross Chop + Ice Punch Elekids, I can't think of anything.

Okay, Rodan and everyone else:

Defog gets rid of Spikes\Stealth Rock that YOU set up on the opponent. Not ones that the opponent sets up on you. Staravia Staraptor had it right.

People aren't being very clear. Defog removes the Stealth Rock/Spikes/Toxic Spikes that you set up on your opponents field. Obviously this hurts you if you run a team with SR/Spikes.

If anything, I'd say potential Under Used Pokemon. The market is saturated with Standards, so it's hard for anyone new to come in.

Such as...?

Just browsing WiFi for about 30 seconds, I was thinking No Guard Machops, or maybe Eevee's, but even then they seem a bit standard...

scope lens raises critical hit ratio, not accuracy. How much by though?

Also, stats cap by 999, even with modifiers, right?

Whoops, sorry. I was thinking Wide Lens. It doubles the Crit Ratio, so if it was regular, Crit would be 12.5%, if you had a Crit doubling move it would be 25%, and if you had Super Luck or something it would be 50%.

Anything with beneficiary Hidden Power or Quad/Quintuple Flawless Pokemon.

Also, anything that has FR/LG/Emerald Moves Tutored on (Such as Thunderpunch Metagross).

Hello. What's the easiest way to get Pursuit onto Sneasel ?

Smeargle and or going to the trading forum and getting a copy of one of the many sneasels with Ice Punch and Pursuit that are floating around.

Hello. What's the easiest way to get Pursuit onto Sneasel ?

Starts with "S", and ends with "M-E-A-R-G-L-E"

Same with Ice Punch. The easiest ways to get those are Lucian's Medicham for Ice Punch (25% chance), or a Buizel around Lv. 25 in the wild.

This is not possible in Emerald, as Sneasel doesn't have Pursuit as an Egg Move, iirc.

@Plust: Damn. Never was good at Battle Frontier hax. Oh well, I guess I can just go 30+ rounds on Double Points Pike Days.

Been lurking a while here, first post..

I've searched everywhere for this, and I swear I read something along the lines on here. It's hard to search for it, because I can't include "IV" in the search.

Is there a way to IV battle yourself using the battle tower wifi? I remember someone saying that you could do such a thing, but you basically end up losing because your pokemon have no EVs yet and it hurts your wifi record. Someone suggested just ruining your level 100 bracket and using the level 50 bracket for battles instead.

Ok i am going to have a Dragonite in my team. Its not really an attacker but more of a support pokemon

130px-Dragonite.png

Dragonite @ Leftovers
Nature: Careful
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 HP/ 78 Atk/ 180 SpDef
~Heal Bell
~Roost
~Dragon Claw
~Fire/Thunder Punch/Earthquake/Stone Edge/ Brick Break/ Thunder Wave

Mainly a Special Wall. I am undecided in the last move slot though. He is going to be in my sunny day team so i was thinking Fire punch but i already have enough fire type moves in my team. Right now im leaning more toward Thunder wave for more support because the only status inducing move i have in my team is sleep powder in the form of a starter roserade. I have no electric type moves on my team at all. so i was thinking thunder punch because that takes out waters that usually carry ice beam

Hello. What's the easiest way to get Pursuit onto Sneasel ?

If you're just trying to get Pursuit and not Ice Punch, Zangoose works. If you want both, you have 1 option besides Smeargle.

Get a Male Zangoose on Emerald to lv7 (IIRC), where it learns Pursuit. Then use the Emerald Tutor to give it Ice Punch. Pal Park this Pursuit/Ice Punch Zangoose to DP, and breed with a female Sneasel/Weavile.
